The staff at the reception was very efficient and the restaurant with good food.

The room 204 Deluxe Queen room was not comfortable enough for two persons. But it was cleen and we manage with my sister to have a pleasant stay. The breakfast was not served properly.

The warm and friendly greeting we received from Vanessa and the guy who was on at the same time, who's name I do not remember but is one helpful man. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was ok just continental, we weren't offered a cooked breakfast so I don't know if they do one. The beds are one of the most comfortable I have slept in, which after a long day sightseeing you are glad to get in to. Overall the price, the fantastic staff and the comfortable beds you are on a winner.

this is not about the hotel itself - I walked back to the hotel from 4th St. and Bowery at around midnight and did not enjoy stepping around the sleeping men at Bowery Mission.

the shower in the bathroom really needs attention because of poor design, the glass panel doesnt stop the water getting outside of the shower area and the gap actually was sealed by silicon at all. The bathroom easily gets wet everywhere,

Very modern, clean and excellent staff who were helpful, polite and gave good advice on travel and food. Location may not be best for single female traveller.

Some details could be improved. There is no counter next to pedestal sink. So soap dish keeps sliding into sink. The shower head cradle is high, and the hose keeps twisting the head inwards, so the water from the shower keeps turning towards the back wall.

What's not to like? Staff were excellent and adaptable, would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble. If your rate includes the continental breakfast it is only $5 to upgrade and worth it. I travel all the time, this place does the business for me.

If being picky the deal on the happy hour wasn't as clear as it might be, not all drinks included but that might be our lack of happy hour experience.

Liked the green glass serenity in bustling China Town and the wall of windows looking out at New York. The rooms are compact but luxurious, the bathrooms are huge. Everything is still shiny and new and it's a bargain. The location is fantastic for those who want to explore downtown from the wtc to China Town to Soho and the Village. It's surrounded by lighting stores, restaurant supply outlets and Chinese restaurants and stands. It's still a bustling ethnic part of New York. And you can retreat to the serene lobby of the hotel with the buddha.

Room could have been a bit bigger - only one desk chair but the view made up for it.

Staff extremely helpfull and pleasant. Location was ideal for sightseeing and shopping, free wifi ,computer access and printing which was very handy. Rooms were very comfortable,modern and clean . Breakfast was lovely especially the French toast.

definitely a must place to visit, easy to get to (canal street subway is two mins walk which takes you to midtown in 5-7 mins), brand new and right at the doorstep pf china town and little italy!

The temperature changes occured by the opening of the entrance door of the Hotel bar.

Small but clean and comfortable room. Nice location in heart of chinatown and close to Lower East side. Short walk from subway Canal street station and shopping on Broadway in Greenwich. Nice and friendly staff. Parking at 43$/day is a fair price for nyc.

Lousy restaurant downstairs. Could be noisy if you're room is on floor 2 to 10th ( but it's nyc so every hotel is like that).

The hotel has nice design, comfortable rooms, quite good location(if you wanna stay in Chinatown) and friendly staff.. We are totally satisfied with the hotel's services. Pictures are not exacurated, hotel is like how it looks in the pictures.. We would recommend to stay here. Thanks, especially to Hamza at the reception desk for his sincere help.

The area (Chinatown) and the breakfast: not included, extremely expensive and not abundant.

We stayed at Wyndham Garden Chinatown for 7 nights.Our room was on 16th floor with spectacular view. Bathroom was good, bed was very good, great to have the small fridge. Everything was very nice and clean. We will recomend this hotel anytime.

The hotel is brand new, clean and very friendly. It was great value for money. The bed was small but comfy.

Location not so great - on a very loud street and the major subways station where more then ten min walk. No bath - and the door to the shower did stop the water from the bathroom floor. The breakfast was poor - only two very basic choise and very poorly served. When I pay 200 usd a night I should get some eggs or cereal...

The design of the hotel, Nice staff, the hotels cleaness and calmness, nice breakfast and that the hotel was an calm spot in a busy life in Chinatown. Near to subway.
