Front desk staff was rude
valet parking was a zoo no hot water in the shower room was very small view from the room was a plaza parking lot
Everyone was great. Stayed New Years Eve night and found everything to be convenient, clean and staff courteous.
First shower: boiling hot and would not cool ... second shower: chilly and would not warm.
Very halpful friendly staff and very comfortable bed.

The breakfast was very costly, not very good, and the service was very poor, the wait staff acted stressed, and everyone was waiting for long periods of time.
I liked the support of the staff as I was dealing with a critical situation at MGH. Maria and Claudia, as well as Frank (room service)were a wonderful comfort.

Dave at the Dean's List Bar was great! Very friendly and helpful with lots of local knowledge and some great tips that enhanced our stay in lovely Boston.

Location was great...walking distance to everything we were there to see.
It was New years morning we had been out celebrating way after 2am and the housekeepers were banging on our door at 9:30am!! Check out is at 12:00pm!!! Not sure we will ever stay there again!!
Location and staff
Valet, took way too long maids way too loud in am noise from closet for maids slamming door, too loud talking and it wasnt english shoudl have free shuttle service I should seek reimbursement
The staff was really great both checking in and out. It was great to be able to leave our car out front for a few minutes while we checked in since we were not parking it at that time. The apples and chocolates were a really nice touch. The hotel is walking distance to visit our son and his family so it is the perfect location.
Service and location
The hotel was everything we hoped for, we are lucky to got the room since the other stay we were staying was very uncomfortable due to construction happening right outside our room window. It was the one of the best hotel, we will be back when we get back for sure. I LOVE IT THERE!

Very good location on Blossom and Cambridge street near Beacon hill. 10 mins to Metro snd frw stop to MIT and Harvard.
The bath room stinks.I have to close bath room door all the time plus I have to buy air refresher foruse abd I left it in the room for the next customer.
The hotel was very nice, clean comfortable rooms. The restaurant was very nice as well.
They couldn't find our booking.com reservation even shoeing them the confirmation. We had to sit in the lobby while they tried to find it..which they eventually did. We couldn't get any digital channels on our TV..NBC, ABC, CBS or FOX..but they did switch out the TV. They charged us $48. for valet parking which we didn't use. Luckily we noticed it on the bill and they did remove the charge.
The staff was extremely courteous. They did not have my reservation on file when I arrived, but took care of this and had me in a room quickly. The restaurant on site was convenient and the food was good. The servers were excellent!
The only complaint I had was a parking valet charge was added to my bill for one of the nights. I didn't have a car. They fixed my bill immediately and apologized, but remember to check the hotel bill before checkout!
The daily offered complementary 2 bottles of water. The apple basket at the reception. Room is big. Good location.
Breakfast isn't included. No safe in the room. Safes are with the reception.
