Good location, a lot of history. was fun to walk the streets with my children. Near td bank garden and museums. Valet service was great!
There was just one issue. When we checked in there was no record of our booking and we had a number of very anxious moments to wait until the issue was resolved. When I asked what had happened there was no explanation given. This I wasn't happy with.
Room was very comfortable. Food was excellent.
They wouldn't compensate guests due to no electricity for whole day in hotel. There was NO advance notice sent they kept changing their story. No heat as well.
Rooms were clean and comfortable atmosphere. Shopping near by.
Close to the TD Bank Garden for our evening with Neil Diamond.
The Valets outside were so friendly and literally chased down Taxis for us! Hotel was very clean!
I didn't like paying 48$ to park ;(
Location was Great!
Shower water was lukewarm. We had to request soap in the bathroom. Wifi was free but we could not access it for the entire stay which was only from 7:00 p.m. until noon the following day!
Convenience to MGH. Friendly staff at front desk, bar and restaurant.
double beds too tight for two adults need queen beds
the room had a musty odor the bathroom has no fan and to pay 300 dollars a night and you can't get a refrigerator or microwave not worth it.
convenient to a lot of places we walk to.the cleaning ladies were very nice.
Parkin charge. And the cold manner at the front desck. We will never stay there again.
Location to the T, overall experience
Distance to attractions and staff
We spent Valentine evening, with a blizzard brewing. The staff was well prepared, available at all times. The next morning, during the blizzard someone assisted with cleaning our Truck. Even through the cold, everyone wore a smile. Will be back!
a bit overrated
Location is great
Booked 2 sweets for 2 nights and on the 2nd day they kicked us out of the rooms. I had the receipt from my online booking. They said they would see what they could do in a few hours. We came back after a bruins game and a different staff member told us that we were booked in the room the whole time. Received no apology or discount. Their restaurant also took 2 hours to bring us our breakfast. Every time we got up to leave they said the food was just finishing up.
I ordered a Corner King room, and I thought the room would be more spacious. Overall, I thought the room and the bathroom were a bit tight on space.
The hotel has a great location in the West End, close to many attractions, including the restaurant Clink, and the TD Garden, where we attended a Boston Bruins game. It was a great value, as it was the most affordable hotel in the city last weekend.
The TV had the quality of a potato but that may be preference.
There is a whole foods right around the corner.
There was a hold on my account for over 75$ for days. It was never discussed and caught me a little off guard. Parking was also very expensive and the hotel was a bit run down.
Was not aware that we occupied our room. Tried to sleep in and was met with knocking at door and phone rings at 830am. They stated computer problems.
Close to attractions
Our flight was cancelled and we had no where to go... luckily the hotel was ablecto let us keep our room even though the hotel was fully booked the evening before. The staff wentvout of their way to find a way we could stay!
unable to get transportation from TD garden back to hotel in the freezing rain.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
My first time staying at the hotel. I was very disappointed in all of the noise and of other guest on my floor. I complained to the front desk the next day and was just apologized for the inconvenience. I thought they would have done more to make me happy. Seeing I didn't get much sleep
Easy 2 blocks to MGH main entrance
