    Staff VERY attentive and pleasant.

    Found my bed to be VERY hard. Could not sleep properly

    Location, was in walking distance of the concert we went to,that was great.

    Wifi was suppose to be available but we were unable to connect, was disappointing considering that was how we were counting in keeping in touch with our family at home.

    Near everything we wanted to visit.

    Ice machine on 10th floor was not working. We reported it but it was not fixed. We had to go to the 9th floor to get any.

    The Staff

    The air quality in the room. The room was stuffy and smelled old. The carpets were dirty in the hallways and room.

    Location was good - easily walkable to wharf and Haymarket, Quincy market etc.

    Greeting staff were curt, unwelcoming, and not helpful. Front desk is understaffed when check-in time arrives at 4 pm. Décor and ambience are completely generic, and lack any manner of charm, or personality for this hotel.

    The hotel was clean.

    Whilst hotel says it's in beacon hill, it's on the boundary so not really in the touristy areas. If you want to be neR the tourist attractions rather stay more central in beacon hill or hear the waterfront area. Very convenient if you need to be near the hotspitals. Aske for an early check in ... Only checked in after 4pm.

    I liked that we were able to walk into the city. We didn't have to get a can everyte we wanted to do something

    The hotel was a little pricey for midweek, Especially with construction going on early waking people up.

    Room was clean. Location is near Bodion station (last stop blue line) so easy reachable from the airport for USD2,10. Stores and bars nearby. Boston trail is on walking distance but closest locations are on the other side off Beacon Hill.

    Noisy aircondition in room. Near hospital and firestation so Some sirenes can be expected. Quite expensive for what you get but Boston center is like that. Fitnessroom equipment was not fully functional (i.e. bench stuck in awkward position).

    The location for this hotel is great. Just a walk away from many of Boston's fun sites.

    I was surprised to find out about the $48 daily parking fee when I arrived. Had I known, I may have looked somewhere else. Also, there is free wifi but in the evening, the speed was extremely slow. Don't expect to stream video with the wi-fi here during the evenings.

    The Location: could walk to so many Boston sites. Price was right! ALL STAFF = Terrific,courteous, and attentive.We were there for a family wedding. 166 wedding guests. Food was terrific for Dinner and Brunch.. Top floor wedding venue was wonderful. About 90 guests stayed at hotel. Clean. King sized rooms= HUGE Closets. Nice bar sandwiches in lobby.

    Minor: IT IS WHAT IT IS: a small older hotel. It suited our needs.Small lobby with 4 SMALL elevators=NOT REALLY A PROBLEM. We worked around that. No big deal. Checking into room some former guests requested a late departure and some of our guests had a wedding rehearsal dinner to get to. That created inconvenience waiting in lobby. The reservation staff was apologetic and kind. There should be NO LATE CHECK OUT!

    Location of the hotel, easy to get to all the attractions. Breakfast was great, room clean, staff nice, easy check in and check out. Although we didn't use the pool it looked nice.

    Location to everything we wanted to do. All within walking distance. Clean and comfortable rooms.

    The continental breakfast was only muffins, fruit and yogurt type items. Extra for eggs or anything else. If breakfast is included or complimentary, then it should be everything. Staff was slow with coffee and drinks. Did not like that I had booked an executive double and was down graded to a standard double and charged the same price. Should have gotten some kind of compensation, not just a free continental breakfast that according to my paperwork and your website, was free anyway.
