The staff was very nice and helpful.
unable to get transportation from TD garden back to hotel in the freezing rain.
My first time staying at the hotel. I was very disappointed in all of the noise and of other guest on my floor. I complained to the front desk the next day and was just apologized for the inconvenience. I thought they would have done more to make me happy. Seeing I didn't get much sleep
Easy 2 blocks to MGH main entrance
Stayed for a Bruins game, walked there and got to come back to a great room!
Loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff they made sure everything we were good. Everything was very clean.
We didn't like the small beds, they felt like full size beds.
Location, comfort of beds.
Staff lost our reservation and gave off a vibe like it was our fault. After a half hour of back and forth with booking.com we were finally given our room.
They messed up our booking so we had to find another hotel for our last night
Room , fitness center
Location - 10 minutes from TD Garden
The location was perfect and easy to find.
I was honestly just expecting more for the $270 that we spent for staying one night. But I guess that's what you get for staying in Boston.
- Location - Super friendly staff ... we had a 2 year daughter and the whole staff were really welcoming and nice to her
No mini bar No Fridge
location, easy to walk to TD Garden quiet hotel great views of the Prudential and Charles received an upgrade without even asking comfy bedding free WiFi
the only thing we could find lacking was the absence of a pool or hot tub
location and friendly staff
The doormen, and only the doormen, were superb! The older African American was so very helpful, as was Jamaal! Give them bonuses
We went down for breakfast> Are you serious with the prices? Ridiculous! we asked the take our juices away and we left and had a delicious breakfast at Au Pain for less than the price of the less expensive breakfast that you offered I was with my teenage daughter The beds were extremely uncomfortable
I had booked this hotel for my boyfriends birthday. I was treating him to his first Bruins game and a night in the Bean town. The hotel was an excellent choice and I was very pleased with the card and chocolates they provided for his bday upon my memo request on booking it online. We'll def being staying there again
Quick, easy check out.
Requested an early check in by 2 hours and our room wasn't ready until 6 which us two hours after the initial check in time. I booked 4 rooms at once and they were all on different floors.
Location near MGH, price was low.
Expensive for breakfast
the restaurant service was horrible. The kitchen could not keep up with orders. Our waiter did compensate us for our issues.
I was disappointed with front desk clerk. She was abrupt and not friendly at all. My daughter checked in with a different person who was friendly and informative. Our person only said sign here, initial here etc. Also there was only one soda machine operating and it was empty!
It was very close to the concert event, was able to walk. It was a short ride in a taxi to get a location for supper.
I booked a room through booking.com for a room with a king bed. I called a head to check in early. When I got to my room it was 2 full bed.
Loves the room
Front desk staff was rude
valet parking was a zoo no hot water in the shower room was very small view from the room was a plaza parking lot
Everyone was great. Stayed New Years Eve night and found everything to be convenient, clean and staff courteous.
