Complimentary breakfast and superb wait-staff
On the plus side: central location, good breakfast, big room (corner king)
Dull and depressing with a 1980s soul-less beige decor. And pretty disengaged staff. Wouldn't take a lot to make it great.
The wifi was too slowly.
I thought the hotel was clean. Reasonable walk to major sites. Doorman and parking staff very nice. I definitely would return.
I did not like the sliding bathroom door.
Service is excellent and cordial. Room was clean. Computer room Less than 4 minutes from the train station . Breakfast is fabulous, you should try the vegetable omelet.
No shuttle transportation from and to the airport.
Friendly and helpful staff - especially Anthony and his colleagues who dealt with our luggage.
The service the location
Central location: View from room: Breakfasts/service good/ pleasant staff throughout
Convenience. We did not have to rent a car. Convenient to the T and we could walk all over Beacon Hill. Taxis were always available. We like the bar as well. The restaurant was pricey but good.
Attention to detail. Handle of bathroom door falling off. Carpet in hallway torn and lumpy.
Service at front desk Swimming pool availability till 9pm including a small pool for kids Room space
State of Equipment, infrastructure No fridge in the rooms Expensive for what it is
Our suite was awesome and we enjoyed the suite very much.
The location was convenient for getting around on foot and by transit. It had all the amenities expected in this price range.
The three of us stayed in the room with 2 double beds. The room could have fit two queen beds, which would have been more comfortable.
staff were very attentive, and really showed they cared by getting us whatever we requested. - The parking garage management, went over to top trying to address the situation. Replaced our roof carrier with a superior replacement, and made sure our visit to Boston was minimally interrupted. Many thanks to Tim and Jallall for making things happen! Tim especially is AWESOME!
-wasn't able to book a room with Queen size beds. - Parking staff destroyed our roof carrier and BBQ
Check in and out very fast
Expensive breakfast, too much options, parking for one night 43 $
Great location, staff, facilities
Location. Walked everywhere and explored Boston's culture, shopping, eating out, ball games. Pool nice...
Anything you wanted or needed at the front desk took a very long time. Toiletries in room very low end quality.
Staff VERY attentive and pleasant.
Found my bed to be VERY hard. Could not sleep properly
Very comfortable room. Good location. Helpful staff. Wifi was fast!
Location, was in walking distance of the concert we went to,that was great.
Wifi was suppose to be available but we were unable to connect, was disappointing considering that was how we were counting in keeping in touch with our family at home.
Location, cleanliness, restaurant and bar.
Check-in at 4p.m. We got in later than that.
