We had a horrible experience checking in. First they couldn't find our reservation, then tried to get us to pay for the week when we had already pre - paid, then while trying to sort all this out they gave our room away and didn't have any more 2 bedroom condos. Although they ended up upgrading us to a 3 bedroom... the experience was stressful.
The rec center, amenities, and activities were great for our family. Great location, close to everything we needed. Beautiful up - to - date facilities.
Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Helped us book some shows.
Terribly disappointed in the guest services, as well as, the overall management experience. When I asked to speak to a manager, because we were "not yet owners," we were told there was no much they could do for "non-owners." We experienced unprofessional customer service employees & uncleanliness. If we had been treated (or we will see if they make it up to us) differently-we might have considered ownership, but I'm betting owners don't receive better treatment, either. So incredibly disappointed in Wyndam, Branson at the Meadows.
I would like to see more vending machines.
Wha you get for your money
Only complaint is a lack of parking!
Everyone was very friendly & helpful. We were there during a big snow.
The Wyndham resort at the meadows. Never again!
THE QUIET FOR RELAXATION & ROOM IS GREAT. YOU CAN JUST SIT BACK & ENJOY YOURSELF ON THE PATIO OF IN THE ROOM. THE ROOMS ARE SO NICE THAT YOU COULD LIVE THERE.
Needs More soft pillows :)
It was great there...perfect for our family with small kids. Just a little paranoid about my kids and the balcony but its a great feature that locks
The Wi-Fi basically didn't work in the units.
Beautiful unit. Don't what else anyone would expect. The guys providing transportation to and from the swimming pool were very friendly,
We made reservations (and paid for) 7 mos before our check in date. Took 30 minutes to check in, becasue I had booked two rooms and they couldn't find 2 rooms near each other. No parking available when coming in at 10 and when we parked across the street 2 security guards were waiting for us when we stepped out of the car. Told us we could not park there because it was privately owned. That's fine, they paid for their units, but, we paid to stay there as well and there should be parking available. Early the next morning we noticed many, many empty parking spots across the street at the "private" section. If there are spots not being used by the "private" section, they should be opened up to other paying guests. Is there not one parking space per rental unit?? Really??? Who wants to take a shuttle bus in the cold. We just walked back to our unit, If it took 30 minutes to check in no telling how long it would take to get a shuttel. A person shouldn't have to go in an find a shuttle, they should be driving around the parking lot looking for people who need a ride. The last time we stayed at the Branson Landing and that's where will go back to the next time.
Walls were thin..REALLY Thin. On the second night of our stay we were surprised to find security at our door in response to noise complaints from down stairs. We were simply putting kids to bed. The place had the feel of a retirement center. This could just be Branson in general though.
Good location, good service
I didn't like that there was not a close place to park to our room since I have 4 children and two of them is 3 and 3 month so difficult walking a long way with them. I didn't like that I had to clean up the place when we first got there...the jetted tub was dirty there was a clump of hair stuck to the bathroom wall by the floor and toe nail clippings on the floor in living room!! How disgusting is that??? So who ever did that thank you for being disgusting!!!
Loved how friendly the staff was and that there is many activities on the premises. Great for families visiting Branson.
They were very busy. Parking was hard to find close to condo entrance.
Staff was excellent. They went above all expectations.
It was like staying in a luxury apartment. It was very spacious and had all the comforts of a home. I've stayed at several places in Branson, and I will only stay here from now on.
Some noise from other units, mostly foot traffice on the outside of unit, but nothing distracting. Each bedroom was quiet once you were inside.
The grounds were beautiful, well kept, the shuttle was available and Gail was very helpful with information needed. The room was GREAT, clean, good layout for family. Great balcony with scenery. Staff was prompt with any needs we had. Already planning our next stay there.
staff member at the indoor pool with brunett hair was unpleasant more than once.
amenities and activities
We had a nightmare with our reservations which we had booked online. They kept not showing up in the reservation system. I called 3 weeks before, 1 week before, the day before, and each time it wasn't there, and each time I was reassured it would be. We showed up early the day of, and yep, no reservation in the system. I was irate, and ready to leave and write a most unhappy review. It caused much frustration and anxiety on what should have been a relaxing trip to look forward to. It truly was the above and beyond of the staff to find us a spot and make us comfortable that changed the whole atmosphere of our remaining stay. Also, the lodgings were phenomenal. Only complaint is the living room couch was super uncomfortable. We rarely used it because of this.
The size of the lodgings, available amenities, cleanliness, and value for the money was excellent. Also the staff went out of their way to help us in the midst of a very frustrating problem with our reservations. I was ready to leave and cancel everything, and the effort and kindness of staff changed that. They continued to follow up call later and make sure we had settled well. Thank you, Laurie.
1. staff cleaned ice unit with nasty chemicals and didnt remove the chemicals; ice was nasty until I determined what had happened 2. carpet was old, stained, and matted with dirt 3. shower doors need replacing; one door wouldn't slide; no way to adjust or we would have 4. shower unit stained; needed replacing
unit 159 roomy; clean grounds
in the master br... the wide open entry to the sink and bathtub... without a door to block light from bedroom ....was disturbing to anyone still sleeping...the toilet shower area had a door...but the toilet was too close to the right side when sitting down...so as to make one have to slide in sideways to the toilet....put a door between the bedroom and the tub area
it was roomy enough...nice patio...easy to get to from car...plenty of tv's, etc. washer/dryer in unit..satifactory furniture and relatively clean
Only a few minor problems... Limited parking, can hear people upstairs walking, and I did not receive very good customer service from the "discount ticket building employee". minor problems.
3 large pools, 1 small pool, 1 young kid friendly "pool"... A game room, a theater . Free access to the sister property if we wanted to try their amenities... Many other amenities the we ran out of time before trying... A staff member driving a golf cart that served snow cones to the kids. This was something unexpected and showed how much the property cares.
