The concierge service was quite good. Usually there were 2 or 3 of them at the desk and could answer questions most readily. I did not eat there so cannot comment on the food. The location is quite good....near the Navy Pier and excellent shops on Michigan Ave. I thought the exercise room was small and smelly....stuffy smelly not body odor smelly.

All aspects of the hotel were great: location, service, rooms. The concierge support was outstanding and made the trip so much more as all suggestions were excellent. I would stay again at the hotel for the concierge alone.

The people who worked at the desk, the concierge, the doormen, all went way out of their way for us! The bed linens were Top shelf and the towels clean and whitet! The room was large for Chicago - and I really appreciated that!. It was very close to the Magnificent mile and that was good too! The only thing that could use help is the bathrooms - there was a bit of a toilet ring and the bathroom floor didn't look like it was washed....

Great location and I had a really good deal pricewise for what is quite an upmarket hotel. My room and bathroom were very clean and big. The concierge provided an excellent service. Overall, it was a really good experience. I thought the spa area and swimming pool were small, a little dingy and out of date. I was a little disappointed with this aspect, but it was the only negative aspect of my stay.

Good Location, wonderful customer service all the way around from the front desk, to the concierge, room service and doormen...ALL Excellent. Free breakfast would always be a great addition... Or even just coffee and bagels.... They also had a big sign saying book directly with them for the best price.... so that got me thinking maybe we could have saved a bit by going directly thru them... and Price was important to us as well.

Concierge was fantastic. Had a lot of great suggestions and gave us shopping and meal coupons. Need to ask for a top floor away from Northwestern Memorial Hospital due to the sirens.

Convenience to various tourist attractions and shopping. The Concierage staff was especially helpful and courteous. I didn't like the fact that the bottled water was not replenished each day. I received 2 small bottles when I arrived but none thereafter. This was also true of the bathroom toiletries - ie: lotion, Q-tips, etc. One day the dirty towels were not removed.

Great location, nice workout facility, helpful concierge, very clean, accommodated my request for adjoining rooms. Good security as you needed to insert key in elevator in order to get to your floor. Room was too small to accommodate a roll-away bed

We loved talking with Denise the Concierge. She was very instrumental in providing assistants with planning activities for us. She was very personable and funny. When we come back to Chicago we will more than likely stay at the Wyndham because of Denise.

The concierge staff was outstanding and extremely helpful. They are your greatest assests. Thanks so much Deb and Carl Priestley The shower was cold one morning... went out for cffee came back and it was all set.

We stayed one year ago and were impressed with cleanliness of room, rate, location and were excited to return. I would like to say we did get our room almost 1 hour earlier than we were suppose too.Thank you for that. As soon as we stepped off the elevator and turned the corner, the carpet caught our attention, it was so dirty. The room was not what I thought I had booked. I did go back down to see about the room and was able to get the one I thought I reserved, for $100 more. After talking to the lady at the desk I found in making my reservation online I must have booked the wrong room. Please clean the carpet, especially in the hallway. Sorry for this negativity.

Nothing it was unconfort comparing with Marriot court yard at Washington (Vergenia ) But the concierge services was very good and has no attitude. 1. How the ( supervisor) of front desk insult guest came from very long ( 16) hours distance oversees first time in Chiacgo by sending them out of the Hotel to make international telephone call. 2. How is one daily request for ( 3 ) days form front desk (fixing telephone of the room ) and not responding !!!!!!???!!!!! . 3. You can't call house keeping directly only through front desk. 4. Why front desk reject our 3 credit cards then after halve an hour trying to find telephone Booth but we couldnt make international call to our ( bank) the front disk accepted the credit card?????

hotel is located in an exclusive part of the city; excellent choice of fruits at breakfast; reception staff were helpful; good size bathroom ambulance siren noise (there is a hospital nearby); very old TV; no safe in the room; night curtains are only for decoration, cannot be closed while the room is overlooked by the opposite building - very frustrating, just for this reason alone we would never stay in this hotel again; toiletries were not refilled

The staff was outstanding. The front desk, helpful courteous, pleasant, the concierge, Hella, was delightful and very helpful and sincere. The bellmen were friendly and courteous. Valets were helpful and pleasant. Everyone we encountered seemed to be very happy to have a job, and enjoyed being there. For some reason, we couldn't get key cards when we checked in because of a computer problem, but had no problem getting them in the morning. My only gripe would be that I wish I would have known what the parking situation was in advance, the prices, and what my options were. Online I booked a room with two double beds for myself and my teenage daughter who was their auditioning for AMDA. We got a room with one King, which wasn't really a problem, but not what I was expecting.

The concierge and valet service employee's attitude was one of the best I have experienced ever. They always did their best to help you getting all your questions and needs resolved. Also, one waiter at the restaurant (from hispanic origin) was very attentive. Congratulations!
