1.チエックイン時予約が入っていないとフロントから言われた。当方、ブッキングコムの予約時のプリントを持参- しており、見せたところ、しばらく待たされ、ホテルのマネージャーとフロントが相談し、漸くチェックインに- 問題ないとの回答を得た。 ２．8階に泊まったが、隣のビルの換気ファンが夜中じゅう大きな音を立て眠りに影響した。 |

We were located off the Magnificent Mile which made it a place to go for quiet from the rush of shopping. Dining in the restaurant was also very quiet and we got right in without having to make reservations. |

It was a fantastic location, the rooms were very nice and the price was affordable. This is not necessisarily a downfall of only this hotel, but being so close to Michigan ave and downtown we heard a lot of ambulances in the night. |

The concierge was great. Answered all our enquiries and then some. Thank you. The other hotel staff were very professional and helpful as well. The room was lovely, clean and the temperature was consistent. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay immensely. My daughter even "saw" Mike Ditka at Ditka's, the place where we ate as recommended by the concierge. |

It's in a convenient location for me One front desk staff continually points out that you've "reserved through a third party" I'm not certain if this determines allocation/quality of rooms (vs those who have booked through Wyndham.com - at a much higher price) |

The hotel was beautifu,but, the beds were very small, however comfortable. The bathroom floor was dirty and the phone did not have a phone cord attached to it. |

The air conditioning. Our room was not ready at check-in. The bed skirt was torn and stained. The in-room movie played very poorly. The staff was unfriendly. |

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness off the staff. I also liked how close the hotel is to all the shopping sites, Navy Pier, etc. I hated that the hotel is across the street from a trauma center hospital and my family & I heard ambulances all night long. We were even on the 16th floor and we were still awakened by the ambulances all night. |
