The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were really nice.

The hotel is closer the main shopping area and public transportation.

Very good staff, very convenient location, comfortable room

Many very noisy rooms because fan system work very noisy

It was conviently located to the things that we wanted to do downtown.

Our room was freezing when we arrived. We turned on the heat and left to go do stuff. We came back and it was still freezing. Our remote didn't work and we had no pillows for the pullout bed. We called the front desk and they then informed us that they control the temp. That would have been nice to know at the beginning.

The accomodations were comfortable, the hotel beautiful, the location convenient, the staff extremely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful.

Not really. A common suggestion that I have is in relation to the lights at the nightstand. Most places I've stayed, including this hotel, have both lights for double beds in between them. It would be better to have a light on the far side of the bed so the guest sleeping in the other bed is not disturbed by the late-night reader (me!).

Zu wenig hilfe beim ein- und ausladen von Gepäck , Überforderter Concierge Dienst bei der Zustellung von Post und Packeten, die zu Handen des Gastes ans Hotel gesandt wurden.
