We had a problem with a fan in our room. It made noise all weekend. Every two to three minutes it would go off. We told the front desk and they said they would fix it. It never got fixed while we where there.

Convenience was wonderful. Near great shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff was very helpful, especially Virgel at the main entrance. His ready knowledge to all my questions for directions, traffic conditions, etc. was fantastic. As a solo female traveler this hotel was very secure. Only a slight complaint....the lighting in bathroom shower area was quite dim. Otherwise, everything clean, and very comfortable!

Very good location in the city. Our children gave us tickets to Wrigley Field, Cubs/Phillies game as we are from Phila. For a Christmas gift. We have had excellent experiences in the past with Wyndhams and this was no exception... Wonderful staff, very accommodating, and comfortable. Wonderful trip!!!

The hotel was quiet. The restaurant and lounge were pleasant and the food and bar service were very good. The front door attendants were helpful and friendly. Most outstanding, and what made the whole experience so special and satisfying were the two men who ran the concierge desk -- Russell and Drew. They were knowledgeable, friendly and of real help in planning our events, making suggestions, following through. They couldn't have been better.

Staff were pleasant,helpful. The carpet in room was tattered,paint peeling off in bathroom ceiling.The curtains were falling off their track in living area.The furniture was scratched and old,the tv was an old model,not a flat screen.I Had booked a king size and got 2 double beds.Had to pay 25.00 on top of the amt I had paid thru booking.com.

Location was awesome and in April on easter the price was very fair. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant. They were on top of their game. Rooms were a nice size, very comfortable bed snd big washrooms. We would stay again. I really liked everything, no dislikes.

The hotel is located very central, the quality of the hotel is fairly good and the rooms are clean. That there is an extra rate for parking was annouced at the booking platform but not the value. It was $54,-- per day. Wi-Fi Internet was additionally charged with more than $10,-- per day and laptop/smartphone!!! (This is not up to date!)

Location and price. Very clean and spacious room and bath. Would stay again. The hotel had no room service or bar food after 10:00 pm! Very unusal for a major hotel on a weekend.
