Windsor Hotel Atlanta  

The pool was filthy and full of bugs! They kept telling us it would be cleaned but they never ever cleaned the pool so all week we could not go swimming and the Atlanta area is at least 3 hours from any beach!!!

the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was decent and had a good selection

there were pubic hairs in the shower, the wifi did not work, the business center internet did not work. and the international phone calls would not go through on my phone. it was incredibly difficult to be travelling with a 15 month old child while in transit from Atlanta to Seattle and not be able to contact anyone with my whereabouts.

Like the appeal of the hotel lobby. Our room did not have alignment with where the desk to to eat and the tv. the bed was comfortable enjoy that.

The bathroom floor, desk, tv stand, and bedside table are sticky and you can see a layer of pineoil on them. The 1st room offered had not been housekeeped. It was so messy. My brother and i had to go back to front desk to have the room changed. It is really unprofessional of the staff.

The room was very comfortable and I loved the bed in particular. The staff was very friendly and their bartender and cook were a great help when I wanted to order a late dinner. The morning staff was very friendly at breakfast and helped me find quick options so I could get off to work.

Front Clerk does not answer phones. I had to continue calling from both the room phone and the cell phone. The hair dryer did not work Luckily, I did not have to shower in the hotel until the last day. Because the shower was stopped up. The tub was dirty. The smell on the fifth floor was not fresh. The outside lights needs to be replaced to feel safe. Internet has a password and is supposed to be free. It took a while to get the password. Pool was supposed to be closed, but had people running around loud with wet floors.... Some points did not feel safe because of loud shouting from the guest; I thought I had to call the cops. The name for this hotel is not the name for the hotel. Was difficult finding them because no one answered the phone until we called several times.

Rooms were clean and that is highly important to me. Highway access from the hotel is great.

External environment surrouding the hotel detracts from the value of the hotel. There were vehicles broken into on the property during my stay and prostitution was solicited on the property.

Love the price and location

Rooms didnt have refrigerators and no microwaves any time someone stays somewhere 3 or mor days they need these things

I love this place. I will be visiting atl again in May and I have already booked my reservation to stay here again. The staff was friendly and very nice and humbled. The bartender pam was sweet as pie. Instead of going out at night my friend and I just went sat at the bar and enjoyed the blues, some drinks and some fabulous food. With a great atmosphere. There were boutiques set up that I totally fell in love witha nd spent too much money. I also loved the picture guy that is on duty there taking photos. I have now been signed as an Elite model, thanks to Robert with apn. I love this place. The rooms are phenom.

The only thing they need to do for improvement is fire that bright skinned man that works there and add more bar stools to the bar.

I had a awful experience. I booked my hotel 2 moths ahead of time. Upon arrival they tell me that there are no rooms available. It take an hour to sort out and confirm that I did in fact have a prebooked reservation and they finally put us in a room. We get up to our room to find that someone is still staying in the room. Back downstairs to the lobby for another 30 minutes where they eventually put us into another room. I had a crying two year old who I was trying to hold standing up the entire one while 7 months pregnant. I was not impressed. Another thing to note is that it took us forever to find the hotel because the name has recently changed and is no longer Windsor Hotel Atlanta, but now Wyndham. I was extremely disappointed with what I received from this hotel.

24 hour shuttle to airport then can jump on Marta to downtown

Asked for rollaway bed day before and day of check in then again at check in but never got it. Kid had to sleep on floor. Check in needs to be more efficient. 200 hundred people can not check at 3pm!

Bed, hot shower

Someone had a key to my room, opened my door while I was inside at 9pm. Good thing latch was on door, stopped him from entering. Tried calling front desk several times, rang without answer. Finally got someone, said that "NON UNIFORMED" person was likely someone checking to see if rooms were clean....I was NOT comfortable with response. Made no fuss since I was leaving out at 3am for flight... Scary event for a single woman traveling alone!!!

When we arrived, they were having a problem with being overbooked, which was annoying. They told us that they no longer had any double beds available. We had to sleep 3 to to a bed. I was with my boyfriend and brother so that was not ideal. The shower had hair all in the tub and it was so clogged, I could not even shower. I will never stay here again.

Pool wasn't heated as advertised. Kids very disappointed. Bath tub wouldn't drain. Had to stand in dirty water while showering.

March 28 -29-30-31-2913.Ms.Judy Taylor along with staff did a wonderful job catering out Banquet the Food and service was wonderful and right on time.My organization the Nobles of Mystic Shriners of Georgia Inc.and all our guest really enjoyed our stay and all the hospitality rendered.Looking forward to coming back in the future.

We planned a last min trip for our kids spring break. We thought it was a risk bc the price was so cheap but all the staff were amazing the hotel was clean and roomy. We enjoyed our stay and would definately stay again:)

Our only dislike was the indoor pool was not heated. we picked the hotel specifically for an indoor pool bc the kids wanted to swim during our chilly spring break and we were disappointed when we went down and the water was ice cold:/

Poor dining choices Some of the Lights were not working. I called room service -they said they would send some one but no one came

I love the location. And the staff was great... The bar n lounge was on time. This is a must do again... I give this hotel 5 stars.
