눉I booked this hotel because it has a lounge. The lounge was cash-only, had flyer-type "menus", a very limited selection of alcohol as well as food (and each time they didn't have something, the bartender stated that "they" wouldn't stock anything until the "new system was up"), and although it was to open daily at 5 p.m., it did not open until after 7 p.m. the first night. I requested a room on a higher floor, and was placed in a first-floor room, which had an awful and sour odor in it, so we were moved to a room on the third floor. There was a sign stating how "green" the hotel is, and that we should use towels more than once and indicate that we would do so by hanging them up and leaving dirty ones on the floor. Every towel was replaced every day regardless of being hung up or not. Two sockets did not have lightbulbs in them, and when we requested two lightbulbs, only one was brought. There were no outlets near the bed, so nothing could be charged and used while comfortable. The second day, the coffee pot was not cleaned, nor the coffee replaced, so we had to request that. Rooms were being cleaned all hours of the day and night, we were always walking around cleaning carts. The toilet handle was stripped and made it difficult to flush. I'm fairly certain what I saw in the shower grout was black mold. The bathroom fan did not work, so it always felt damp. The wifi signal was intermittent at best.
