Size of room. The shower was out of the ordinary.
Slow service at check in. Not too friendly. Breakfast until 10:00, but most everything gone by 9:00. Disappointment.
What I did not like was I payed cash and they still charge my credit card
We stayed with our Pug and it was a very pleasant and comfortable night. Will stay again. Excellent value for the price.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave as well as hair dryer.
The lighting was very poor and my room was never cleaned.
Very clean and large room with microwave and fridge that were made in this century. Breakfast was good with food all my family enjoyed.
Traveled with two dogs, not always easy, but we felt welcomed here and plenty of room for dogs to stretch their legs as well. Restaurant food on property was excellent. Staff was always helpful.
I am particular about breakfast and coffee, so I would list these things under the category of "needs improvement", but many visitors obviously enjoyed as it was busy each morning.
Nice clean and beautifully decorated place. Loved the indoor pool and court yard.
I didn't feel the staff tried hard enough to get our two rooms together. We had a total of 9 people and our rooms were from one end of the hotel to the other. The person I talked to didn't seem very friendly about the matter.
My children and I did a spur of the moment trip. Staying at La Quinta was an excellent choice.
The neighbors pounding on the wall when we walked to loudly.
New and modern
Balcony light was too bright, could not turn off, curtains let too much light in affecting our sleep.
Good size room. Had a great night sleep. Very comfortable
Shower head was leaking & sprouted straight up.
Loved the shower and the balconies views. So pretty. Beds were comfy.
THE SIZE OF THE ROOMS WAS LARGER THAN MOST HOTELS. THE WALK OUT PATIO AND SEATING WAS A NICE TREAT. THE ROOMS WERE NICELY DECORATED. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AT LA QUINTA AGAIN.
I WOULD HAVE LIKE SOFTER PILLOWS. AT LEAST ONE NEEDS TO BE SOFTER SO YOU HAVE A CHOICE WHEN SLEEPING.
The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed having our room open onto the courtyard.I'll certainly stay here again.
Trays would have been helpful at breakfast. The whirlpool needed to be warmer.
The upgrades are nice.
The breakfast was terrible. When the hotel was Wyndam, the breakfast was abundant and great. We never had to ask for anything. Now it is sparse and terrible. Everyday there was almost nothing there. It did not matter what you you arrived, it always looked the same. Very disappointed as we enjoyed the Wyndam breakfast so much and expected the same. Many guests were complaining. No soap container in tub. No bars in tub for older people who are afraid of falling in the bathtub. My 86 year old mother would not even take a shower due to fear of falling with no bar to grasp. Last time here.
Rooms are very spacious and balconys in each room with good outside views. Breakfast was good.
The beds had lots of hairs I Wanna think it was from the people who clean the rooms but it was quite a bit .
staff-manager was helpful Newly remodled and interesting layout. Coffee was good.
Gym mostly not operational. While newly remodled could be much cleaner.
Our hotel room was spacious, renovated and above all CLEAN! Everything was in working order , our stay was of 3 days so we familiarized ourselves with the staff. They were courteous and always made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast bar was also above my expectations, over all my family and myself were beyond pleased and we can assure you we will be staying here in future vacations. Thank You
My first time at a La Quinta and I really liked it. Modern rooms, comfortable beds, great little balcony. Very clean.
A little expensive, though the price was comparable to other hotels in the area.
Room was very quiet and bed was comfortable. Good Coffee, nice property.
A/C was too loud - but at least it worked. There were no curtians on the balcony doors so there was always light coming in even with the blinds closed. Shower curtian had water stains on it.
it was a nice,comfortable , hotel
the price for two nights was very pricey. we went over for a softball tournament just for the weekend
The staff was eager to assist.
Over crowded, no parking, breakfast area to small, ran out of coffee, eggs, bacon, etc...
THEY TRY TO HELP US , WITH THE NOISE ON TOP FLOOR OF US BY CALLING THEM , AND THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE SOME MONEY OFF THE BILL.
THERE WEREKIDS RUNNING BACK AND FORTH TILL 12 AM AND STARTING AGAIN AT 6:15 AM, AND THERE WAS NO PARKING , THEN THEY TOLD US TO PARK IN THE RED ZONE.
Good size room. Pleasant outdoor garden/seating area.
Only 2 coffees, no milk or creamers, 2 very small soaps, no shampoo or conditioner, 1 bath towel and one hand towel left for a 2 people for our 3 night stay. Eventually, reception staff very grudgingly did get us more. When the hotel was busy - over a holiday weekend -there was insufficient staff to cover the breakfast needs of guests and very long lines waiting for food to be made available.
Great place to stay!
Balcony a Plus.
LikedHigh School Prom Night. Would Have LIked To Have Known About This In Advance.
