everything went well. I enjoyed my stay
We were pleasantly surprised to have a river view room right across from the Trump building. Enjoyed our stay and the wonderful view!
Being told that the kitchen is closed at 2 minutes past 11 ! no food whatsoever available after this time Being sold as a city view - it wasn't !
Got a corner room with an amazing view! Perfect location, clean room, nice amenities, friendly staff :)
In downtown, was great for siteseeing. Great views at night
Great room, awesome view!
Nice staff, great location
Paid extra for room with breakfast included. Total rip off, you cannot choose from the whole menu only a certain breakfast. Restaurant near hotel sells All You CAN Eat breakfast for $10. Plus at check-in, staff trying to sell a time share. Beware......
Cannot think of a better location! Also, spectacular views, spacious room with plenty of storage space for clothes and other stuff, large bathroom with plenty of table space, good-sized mirrors, coffee/tea-maker was easy to use and supplemented on a daily basis. The staff were also excellent.
Staff, large room, extra "birthday" surprise of wine and cheese.
Calls from the front desk trying to sell future rooms.
Location was perfect. Fitness center was great.
Parking cost $60 per night. Only valet parking was available and it was the slowest I have ever seen. Don't take a car there!!
everything n from now on this is going to be my favorite hotel
The front desk did not accept changes approved by Booking.com. Tried to extend check out, had approved document from Booking.com but front desk would not accept the agreed extension.
Location right on river Comfortable, clean rooms Nice amenities
Food in their restaurant Outrageous room service charges Concierge was not helpful
The facilities were outstanding! The view from our room was breathtaking. We had adjoining rooms which was perfect for our group.
Room Was Pleasant And Well Designed!
The location was fantastic and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.
The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the young gentlemen at the concierge desk was a little to rude and pushy about attending a presentation to hear about the vacation club.
Everything except the wifi
Standing at the door to get a wifi signal and when we complained the staff tried all sorts of excuses before finally admitting they have problems with the Wifi
I really enjoyed my stay, I can't wait to come back!
Loved the location - the staff were really helpful and the value for money was excellent. Will definately recommend it to others
Thought it was a great hotel with a great location!
I found the bartenders to be very unfriendly and not very engaging with men and women alike. Particularly, Amy, she was not very attentive.
Great location, staff, and fitness center.
Elevator noise and valet took over 30 min to get vehicle
I was staying overnight with my family in downtown Chicago and had a late arrival (10:15 pm). Because of the $60 overnight parking rate, I decided to self-park at the Illinois building one block east for $33 instead. ($28 if under 12 hours, but we stayed downtown the next day so stretched that to 17 hours) The check in process was extremely efficient and the front desk staff courteous. Because there was availability, we were even put in a river view room even though we had paid for the less expensive "city view." The room was spacious for a double queen, with mini-fridge. The views of the Chicago river were breathtaking. Because of the heavily discounted rate through booking.com, I would stay at this same location again if I could get a similar rate. I highly recommend this hotel if it is within your price range. The room was clean and decor modern.
We had a room booked for four people but only had 2-1/2 towel sets in the room. When we discovered this in the morning we called housekeeping for more towels to be brought up, and they took their sweet time and came up 45 minutes later just as we were getting ready to leave, so one child missed getting a shower (which he was happy about, but mom and dad were not). Parking at $60 is exorbitant as I literally went one block east on Wacker at the Illinois building and self-parked for $33 for a period of about 17 hours.
We received and it grade in our room, and we stayed in the pena house.gaint room with rever views. The hotel is olá but very well maintened.
Great view, comfy bed, helpful staff, central location
We liked all and if we will come back in Chicago we will stay there again.
