The maid service
View was incredible!
We had to wait over an hour to be checked in because all the rooms were already taken and the staff hadnt updated the available room
The location is super. Staff was great.
Water was luke warm. Coffee service was incomplete. $60 for parking seems awfully high. Room needed to be redone.
It was very hot in the room. Put the air on and it didnt work as well as i wanted.
Loved the view of city and river . Room was clean. Quiet.
The views from our room were spectacular. we also liked the size of the rooms
Sower/tub was very small. Supplies were not replenished while staying for two days. Carpet was frying and some updating needed.
Room very nice. Massive bathroom with lots of storage. Bed very comfy
Wifi very poor and shower took around 5 minutes to get hot. Would not recommend ordering breakfast to room very expensive and arrived cold
The accommodations were excellent.
Waiting 45 minutes to get our car the morning we left totally unacceptable.
Room was large and had a small couch and a desk. The bathroom was exceptionally large and had a great lighted mirror.
Room key was a little temperamental and needed several attempts to open door.
Best hotel stay that I had, everything wae perfect
The Location was great right on the river. You could walk to many restaurants and shopping.
The bed was a little hard. We would have liked a river view but the city view was great too.
Huge room Awesome views of the Chicago River, the Marina City buildings, the Trump Tower Best location in Chicago, between the Loop and the Near North Side Very nice and helpful front desk agents
Nice big room. Big bath room.
We had to call 2 times for extra towels. Not enough for 4. Sofa had a nail sticking out of the arm. Luckily no one was hurt.
They upgraded us for free! The staff was sweet and kind/very helpful. Also had a beautiful river view.
View was amazing. Room was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Noise from exercise room on floor below.
The location was wonderful
The fact that when the bill came it was different than the total that Booking.com said. You should definately state that the taxes are not included in the total. What a surprise when checking out that it was so much higher than your total
The bed was wonderful and the room spacious.
While my husband loved the overhead rainfall shower head, I would have preferred an option that was either handheld or simply on wall.
Great location and view from the room. Easy access by public transport and car. The facilities are up to date and clean. The section of wacker that the hotel is on isn't super busy which makes pulling up to the valet easy and stress free unlike other hotels in the area. Everyone was very nice and helpful and the check in and check out process was smooth. A great bargain for the quality of the hotel and the cost of the room.
Older hotel structure so the windows are not floor to ceiling. Parking is $60 a night and there are not many alternatives close to the hotel.
Great location from main attractions A great view over the City
Great location. Staff from doorman to check out were outstanding: very courteous
price of valet parking. $60.00 overnight is excessive even being downtown. valet service was very good...just pricy....
great location,we were on a shopping trip.Friendly staff, lots of places to eat nearby.
Our room was next to the elavators and they were noisey.
Great location right on the water. Beautiful to gaze out the window at night.
Tired decor, furnishings, fit & finish. Low ceiling heights.
The location was great. We went to the football game. The price was ok, and the service was great. Very nice people.
There was no gift shop or any place to eat after 11 pm. We had went to the football game, by the time we got back to our hotel, everything was closed. We had nothing to drink, or snack on. Something to drink (soda, tea, water, beer) would of be great. We had walk for almost 2 miles to get back to our room. Mighty thirsty by the time we arrived.
Need more Kuerig coffee in room. Need mirror in main room.
