I liked the room and the view
I didn't like that the price changed at the end of our stay Some staff were very cold. Not very friendly.
expensive valley parking
The bed was amazing
Didn't use the wi-fi so can't attest to that.
The experience was excellent. We loved the amenities, location, and the restaurant
Parking was very expensive.
Room was a little cool despite raising thermostat.
cost to park
great staff, wonderful room and view- took my two young grandsons for the week end..great location, the staff were so helpful and wonderful with my grandsons also !!
The space is trendy and interesting. The staff was so helpful, when I checked in I wanted to change to two doubles and they made the change and gave me a river view.
The paid internet service kept cutting out, so I called IT and the guy never got back to me. However, I travel with a Verizon hot spot and used that instead.
Professional and curteous staff.
Close to downtown, subways, various restaurants and cafes. Spacious rooms with super comfortable beds.
Location was super. Magnificent mile, museums, restaurants, navy pier, and the bean were all walking distance! Spacious room with comfy beds. Staff was attentive.
The guest services girl was really hot. I also love that you acquiesced to my request of a framed picture of Alfonso Ribiero and a pound of original Skittles
Great location to food, entertainment, free stuff to do
Having to pay $60 a day parking
Room was very clean with high end furniture/TV etc.
Very small corner room. Free wifi did not work at all in our corner of the hotel.
cleanliness of room, location. Friendliness of African-American staff members, other staff not that great.
It took 1hr 40mins to get toilet paper! Called front desk, then housekeeping again after waiting 30 mins, then called housekeeping again after another 30. It would've been faster to walk to CVS on Michigan Ave. or 7-eleven! When checking out, intitially rude/curt front desk (blonde) agent, she finally lightened up when she realized I was curt back to her due to her tone. African-American staff (front desk and doormen) were sweet and genuine however.
The ran out of slippers.
The room was nice and clean and for the most part comfortable
The Valet service was the worst I have ever had to deal with they basically called me a liar and the bartender was beyond rude and unfriendly we walked out...I Will never return to this hotel
Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable size room with couch, desk, tables for spreading out. I hate having to sit on the bed, so this is great. All round great stay. We will be back.
Great Location Comfortable Staff very attentive
No pool Gym quite old WIFI is terrible unless you pay which I do no believe you should in a hotel of this standing Needs some upgrading
I requested a room that was higher up for a nice view, they gave me the 33rd floor! Room was amazing, the view was absolutely beautiful, the beds were super comfy. Also liked the flat screen & sitting area. The location was also phenomenal, downtown Chicago close to some good eats, good shopping & a lot of other activities.
Parking is $61/day which I felt was really expensive, but unless your familiar with the area you'll be driving around for hours trying to find parking, so I sucked it up & paid it. They double charged me for parking due to the valet attendant giving them the wrong ticket # however the front desk was very helpful and removed the additional charge right away. The wifi isn't the best your better off using your cell phone network.
Amazing hotel and great value. Will definitely be back soon. :)
Views were great
Free internet and is slow, you have to pay for a decent speed.
Jana, the lady at the reception, was very helpful (adaptor, information about the city, late ckeck out, etc.)
The walls are rather thin. I could hear every noise from the room next door and from the elevator. Overall Noisy.
Huge granite bathroom. Separate soaking tub and glass enclosed walk in shower. Beds were very comfortable and plush
Mini fridge temperature was adjustable.
