None to report, whatsoever!
Everything, including the hotel's design, location, amenities, friendly staff, especially Mr. Aaron, who was on duty that day and the one checking me in, smoothly, of course. My room was spaciously well-appointed and had a very good view, although I didn't get to enjoy it that much due to my hectic schedule. What a memorable stay I had!
Wifi couldn't connect at times. No mirror outside bathroom.
Large Room, Great View, Good Location, Nice Staff
May be difficult to get to McCormick Place without conference buses; the Metra is not very efficient but all in, would still stay in this part of town for the attractions
Housekeeping was good, pleasnat frontdesk. Good restaurants within 5-15 min walking distance north and south of the river; Jazz Market; Bookshops; 15 minutes to the Art Institute
Monday morning breakfast service was seriously slow and very expensive. Much better to go the cafe round the corner!
The room was good with great facilities.
Attempt to push time share by welcoming staff was not appreciated.
Location. Easy to get to attractions and transit.
Only had two complimentary waters on the first day. Would have liked a new bottle each day. The fridge in the room was not cold. No microwave. There were a couple of bugs in the room (a fly and some other winged thing).
The wall of windows allowed a great nighttime view from the 31st floor. The staff was attentive and very upbeat. Down pillows! Safe in the closet. The size of the replacement refrigerator was great- it held three, 7 inch cheesecakes from the cheesecake factory.
We were overwhelmed with our room and the view from the city. We actually became a Wyndham vacation owner this weekend and we think much of it had to do with the room we stayed in.
no pool and no free breakfast
the room and the city view was dope fresh.
Walking distance to most places we wanted to see. Great places to eat nearby. Staff was always very helpful and pleasant.
The GPS and iPhone cannot locate "Upper Wacker" vs the subterranean Lower Wacker which made getting to the front door a 35 minute exercise in frustration complete with trial and error...
The Concierge was fantastic! They helped us navigate to the front of the hotel, made great recommendations for the four of us for restaurants...
Make sure you ask for a room away from the elevator. The dinging was loud and people getting off and on were very noisy!
The lobby is quite small. Our daughter waited in the lobby while we negotiated the "skyway".
It was close to museums and the river. Also great restaurants. We used the transit system to the utmost.
Bed is too soft and the bathroom is tight.
We are at the corner room which is quite spacious.
simple needs met well.
location was very good.
Wifi was Terrible
Hotel description said each room came with a view of the river. Our 1st room was nice but had a view of a roof top. We requested another room with a view and was charged $30 more per night for a room that was dated. Once parking and taxes were added, over $900 for 3 night.
Staff was incredible
i took time to find the hotel , I hope they can work for better direction
Booking.com nearly screwed up my trip and didn't bother to follow up!
The hotel was great even though booking.com had not delivered on the reservation I made. Thank goodness the hotel had availability and were willing to work with booking.com committed rate.
We were walking distance to everything. The staff was great
Faster Internet but Free is still free!
Could improve in softness of bath linens- our room a little noisy being near elevators
Bed very comfortable, spacious room and bathroom, very friendly and accommodating staff, great location !
Literally the only thing that could be helpful would be, at least one snack vending machine in the building. Other than that, it was a great property all around!
Free Wifi is pretty slow but useable.
Corner room was excellent, beds were comfortable.
People walking up and down the hallways and slamming doors at all hours of the night. Walls felt like they were paper thin.
The free WiFi was awful. A hotel like Wyndham should make it a point to offer fast, free Internet access if people are paying $150+ per night.
The staff is just fantastic, and the hotel is very quiet and comfortable.
