the check-in time need to be made after 16:00, it affects the plan of that day
Everyrime I come I love it. Great staff!
The rooms, pool area were perfect for a our reunion. Super clean. Shuttle was a nice touch
Even with the free shuttle, just too far off The Strip, walk back at night just about 2 blocks too long. Traveling with a 2nd group, same type of room booked com was about 80.00 MORE for 3 night stay then if dealing with Wyndam directly. Front desk unwilling to compensate at all. Very frustrating!
Location, parking, and the fact it was like a small apartment.
First room I was assigned in Tower 3 was horrible because the water pumps in the boiler room resonated in the room. It sounded as if someone was vacuuming the rooms and hall on the floor above with an old Hoover continually. u asked for a different room. The next room in Tower 1 was older and decrepit. The heating unit was failing as evidenced by its noise and foul electrical smell when operating. Several lights were burned out and not replaced and the carpeting had interesting (highly avoidable) stains.
great place to stay. Right off the strip. i would stay here again for sure.
Parking was a bit tough, but not a big deal.
We got the smaller room and it was too congested specially the kitchen. Not comfortable at all
Location- easy to get to strip by free shuttle (runs every 15 mins) or walk 15- 20 minutes Cleanliness- spotless grounds, apartments & general areas Staff- courteous, helpful and friendly
Without a car- very limited on resort supplies for catering
The pool in tower 3 where we were is lovely and being accessible 24hrs was a treat. Having a shuttle service to the strip was good.
There was an internal door between our apartment and the next and we could hear everything they said, and banging dishes as if they were right beside us in our apartment...and they were night-owls so we had trouble sleeping. However they were not being disrespectful to us, it was the fault of the lack of soundproofing.
Great location away from the strip yet close and convenient. Comfortable, spacious rooms, nice kitchen and accommodated 4 adults well!! Would return again!!
Pool was nice, but chairs not always available and tall buildings block sun.
Everything else It would have been nice if the coffee shop had been a real breakfast restaurant.
The "sales" staff's extreme aggressiveness in trying to enroll us in a 90 min. time share sales presentation hidden behind a "free breakfast" was not appreciated and most disturbing an otherwise fine first impression. And to have the audacity to demand a $20 per person deposit in order to ensure our participation in the "breakfast" was nothing short of outrageous.
Quality of accommodation
Property pushing time-share down my throat
Accommodation, & location
Parking was limited
No daily room clean and the constant time share sales pressure.
Very warm stuff, clean swimming poor and room.Everthing are very nice.
If has the shuttle bus to exhibition center then will be 100% perfect.
- The bedrooms were very spacious. - The beds were comfortable - The apartment was full of useful appliances. - The kitchen was large and convenient. - The hotel is relatively close to the strip (approximately 10 minutes by foot).
- One of the sheets had definitely not been replaced prior to our arrival, as we noticed a small blood stain on it towards the side of the bed. - The hot tub smelled like urine after we filled it up. - The sofa bed was slightly broken, and we had to use the couch pillows to keep one side from sinking. - The hotel offers a free shuttle to the strip, but it only gets to the Harrah's hotel and does not stop at any other key locations.
THE POOLS, THE BEDS
The location was good, an easy walk to the strip and the staff are always welcomeing.
The rooms could use a makeover and we had some equipment problems they were fixed but when its more than one item there is an issue.
The location. It was away from the strip to avoid noise but close enough to walk if you wanted. There was also a free shuttle bus. the accommodation was clean and comfortable and we felt very secure.
The bus to teh strip every 15 minutes is such a god send and saves your weary legs at the end of a day. THe staff are brilliant and so helpful, whenever I needed more coffe reception was more than happy to provide. The resort is so clean and well kept.
The timeshare sales where they try to get you to book up for a meeting. Unecessery I feel.
Spacious apartment, cleanliness, good location
Checked in and had to go to guest services to get parking pass, which is a way of getting you to attend timeshare presentation.
The suite and the complex were appealing and attractive. The kitchen was well equipped. We were relatively close to the Strip; we enjoyed some nearby amenities as well.
The Grand Desert reservation team charged our MasterCard TWICE for ONE suite. We are still out $400! Needless to say, we are stressed, upset, and disappointed!
from the check in staff to the bell hops the best and friendliest staff ever. my daughter is an owner and we have stayed there for the past 5 years. staff have been like a fine wine. improves with age. congratulations to iggy. staff member of the year in our books
Our accommodation was clean & very comfortable, Would certainly recommend the Wyndham. The extra space having a condo was wonderful.
That there wasn't a restaurant.
Great Resort, close to the Strip & Shows. Staff very helpful having a fun time here. Very relaxing, been on the Resort Tour, best ever, really entertaining & a fun few hours.
Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Overall, our stay was very nice. The staff was very friendly. Comfortable bed. The pool and grounds are very nice with a lot of palm trees.
Shuttle only ran to the strip and back until 1230 am. Pool closes at 10. Slightly dingy lighting in the room. Pressure to attend a timeshare presentation in exchange for a meal and show tickets.
