The bed was very comfortable.
No amenities. Service was sub-par.
The room was entirely to small, the space to get to the bathroom was so narrow my fiancé and I both have bruises on our shins from the wooden bench in the "hallway". Also the pillows were to soft, no support, the bed was way to hard and the worst part was the stiff cardboard like waffle sheet that was supposed to be a comforter. We also heard everything that was going on in the rooms next to us, there were multiple times throughout the night that we actually heard their toilets flushing, so needless to say we got no sleep. Because of these reasons we will not be staying here again unfortunately.
Apart of the location, I liked the room itself, kitchen is quite helpful and the TV in the bathroom is just perfect. I will definitely come back - I might have found my hotel in NY: good price, good location, clean, quiet, that's all I need.
There were some packages delivered to me and the staff had a hard time to find a few of these packages. Also the free wifi internet in the room is too slow, but really that's the only things to be improved I can recall.
we loved our stay that's why we go back there ...
Received a nice upgrade.
This was a first time staying at this property. I reserved 2 double beds and was upgraded to a 2 BR suite upon check in. My friends and I were so happy with the accommodation. Will definitely stay here again!
We got to the hotel and they said they overbooked the hotel so they were relocating us to their other hotel on the other side or the city. They gave us $10 for a $20 cab ride that took 45 min.
The room looked "tired". Needs update. The fridge on the floor is pathetic!
bathroom was nice and it was large.
bed and room furniture were to low to the floor!
Location was convenient.
Levels of service was patchy. The lady at front desk assisting us at check in was helpful and friendly. However the next two days we were served by a surly, rude and most unhelpful male staff. So much so that we eventually spoke to the duty manager and asked to be served by another front desk staff.
Over all everthing
The entrance and lobby is way to small
umbrellas were given to guests in rainy days
stains of dirt on the floor in the bathroom, a wardrobe with only one door of two, very long wait for check in and out, no receit for the stay, some extra charges
Location Warm and cosy
No kettle in apartment. No toaster in apartment
Great Location/Value ! Staff was attentive and was eager to fix/correct or help with any issues.
Facilities need some updating which I think is in process
200+ dollar hotel: no safety deposit box in room (on bookings.com it says that there should be one) no coffee maker. at reception/bellman/doorman poor service/ not friendly/ very busy with eachother not with customers who bring the money in for them.
Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. We had a one bedroom suite with plenty of space. Great location with Times Square, Central Park all within 10-15 mins walk from hotel. Would recommend staying at the Wyndham Midtown 45 and would return again.
Payment is not correct, more than the check.
location, early check in upon request. Quiet room.
no coffee/tea maker in room. Towels not replaced consistently. No newspaper. In room safe not working, security said it would be replaced, nothing was ever done or mentioned about it.
It was very clean, housekeeping excellent
They offered a type of room online and they gave me something totally different, and at the front desk didn't do anything to help us.
Clean bathroom, good water pressure, lots of extra towels, very quiet hotel - These are my MUST-HAVEs. Also the location is excellent if you do not know the city well as it's very close to Grand Central. Location is not important for me but if you are a tourist go for this hotel...
Furniture is old.. they should renovate the rooms ASAP.
Bed was not well made each day.
bathtub needs caulking
The concierge was nice.
Our room was not cleaned after our first night and we did not receive clean towels. After reporting this to the front desk, they said they would send towels up to the room. Two hours later, I had to go to the desk to request towels again because the employees were not answering the phone at the front desk. Upon checkout, the woman at the front desk was very rude. I would not recommend this hotel.
* rooms tool jammed with unnecessary furniture * fixtures did not work & built-in microwave taken out & not replaced * very low Japanese style couch * bedroom so small it was difficult to get around bed * overall very poor room layout
