The rooms were clean enough but that's about it.
The staff member who checked us in seemed irritated to do so. But the best part was when a bellhop was so determined to get on the elevator he didn't let guest on first and felt it was okay to run the luggage cart into me, pushing me against the back of the elevator while running the cart over my foot. On the way out of the elevator the bellhop about smacked another guest in the face with luggage cart and he would have if she hadn't reacted so fast. The man didn't even apologize! Later that day we were waiting for the elevator with another couple, we had all been waiting awhile when a staff member walks up and lets us all know that we will have to wait for the next available elevator or wait until she gets to her floor before pushing buttons for our floors. I will never stay there again or recommend the place to anyone else. I'm a local and often recommend hotels to people who visit and would like to stay in the Quarter for a night or two, this place will never be recommended.
friendly service at desk
restaurant attached next door ,poor service and food.
The door man was nice
I didnt like the fact that I have a daughter that is in a wheel chair and that we had to drive two cars. When we checked out, we were charged $140.00 for parking for our two vehicles. I have never stayed at a hotel where I had to pay to park my vehicle. The over pricing wasnt enough for the room but now I get charged to park while I stay in the same hotel. The manager wouldnt even listen to us at all to try and resolve the situation. We stay at Wyndam Hotels when we travel but now we will find us another hotel to stay at when we travel from now on.
Close to every activities we like.
The did not live up to the guaranteed prices we booked with you. The charged us higher for a higher amount on Friday nite.
When I booked the room, i was given one price. I paid half of that at booking (so I thought) but by the time I checked out, I had paid $200 over what I was shown at booking. If there are going to be extra charges, it should be included at booking. Also, for this price, there should be free breakfast. We waited on the elevators for over an hour every time.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely arranged. Bed was very comfy. Location was very nice!
The parking garage is an extra fee in addition to your stay, and it feels very unsafe to leave your vehicle there.
Hotel beds were great and rooms convenient to everything nice pool
The elevator s were to slow n small need to improve that greatly
The staff was very helpful .
The room did not match the room that was advertised on website.
Old Saint sports bar location clean rooms
20 minute wait for elevator slow, so-so service from front desk staff staff uses public elevator to move supplies during peak hours housekeeping is inconsiderate of sleeping guests
I like how the hotel is right in the middle of everything
I didn't like how its only 3 elevators in the lobby and its 4 upstairs where the rooms are.. The wait to get downstairs where so long
Walking up and down the strairs
The location was great. Close to everything in the french quarter. The pool was so warm.
The rooms where small. We had to ask for maid service more than once (asked for clean towels, and to make up the beds. We got dirty stained sheets when they did clean up). They ran our credit card way more than 3 times. We asked for a rate change since we found the room at a lower price, they did not work with us. We booked a "DOUBLE ROOM" with double beds. When we called to find out more about the rooms they said the "Double Room" was a bedroom and a separate lounge area with a couch. This is not what we got. The staff was not friendly at all. They looked at you with an attitude. Will never stay there again.
My boyfriend and I loved the location and the room!!! The staff was professional and very nice!!!!! Everything was great and we will stay there again soon!
It was a good hotel located right by bourbon street which was great!
The elevators took forever! And no fridge in my room for the price I paid there should have been one!
Great location. Good friendly staff. Decent accommodation for the cost.
The location, the security we felt safe. we were able to walk everywhere
There was a whistling noise coming from the air conditioning We didn't have room service for two days
Great location, walking distance to good restaurants & sight see, the pool was great. My daughters enjoyed it (only they key wouldn't access the door, not sure why)
I didn't like the beds they were to firm for me and one of the beds was dirty upon arrival and the first night was restless due to the couple next door they talked loudly and their child was crying.
The hotel rooms and staff were both nice.
The elevators were small and very slow and crowded. There is no lobby and or restaurant/bar at the hotel which made it hard for you to sit and relax anywhere but your room. The hallways needed major upgrading and the steps in the lobby and hallways made it difficult to pull your luggage around. There are tons of fees that add on to your bill and by the end, it was a very expensive place to stay for average location and overall average hotel. I would recommend staying at the 4 Points Sheraton on Bourbon Street!
air conditioner worked very well comfortable beds
*booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. We were able to check into one room on time but had to wait an hour and a half for the other. Said they would call us when ready but we had to call them. *room was very small *housekeeping did not leave enough towels or coffee-had to call front desk for these items *floor in bathroom was not cleaned *not enough help at front desk; not friendly *for the price I expected much more-stayed at the Marriot on Canal Street last December and was very pleased for a lot less money *very displeased; will not stay here again
A double room had 2 towels of each size every time we took a shower you to call house keeping and weren't pleased. The front was very short with you. The rooms wereserved paid for before arrival but they weren't ready at 8pm n check in time was 3pm. My reservation was for 5 double rooms one was a regular. Management promised dinner and it was never received.
Was in the Middle of the French Quarter and the views the bed the size of the room, We loved it all.
There was not a single thing that we didn't like except having to leave when the vacation was over.
Everything but the beds and pillows!
Upgrade the beds and pillows!
The elevator card to access residential levels seems to work as it pleases. In any case, it is not reliable. As for dialing 800 numbers, I got some kind of unsolicited promotion which I did not want; when I told the person at the other end of the line that I was not interested. I was disconnected completely and never got my 800 number. Strange. Never had that before.
