The location, the security we felt safe. we were able to walk everywhere
There was a whistling noise coming from the air conditioning We didn't have room service for two days
Great location, walking distance to good restaurants & sight see, the pool was great. My daughters enjoyed it (only they key wouldn't access the door, not sure why)
I didn't like the beds they were to firm for me and one of the beds was dirty upon arrival and the first night was restless due to the couple next door they talked loudly and their child was crying.
The hotel rooms and staff were both nice.
The elevators were small and very slow and crowded. There is no lobby and or restaurant/bar at the hotel which made it hard for you to sit and relax anywhere but your room. The hallways needed major upgrading and the steps in the lobby and hallways made it difficult to pull your luggage around. There are tons of fees that add on to your bill and by the end, it was a very expensive place to stay for average location and overall average hotel. I would recommend staying at the 4 Points Sheraton on Bourbon Street!
air conditioner worked very well comfortable beds
*booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. We were able to check into one room on time but had to wait an hour and a half for the other. Said they would call us when ready but we had to call them. *room was very small *housekeeping did not leave enough towels or coffee-had to call front desk for these items *floor in bathroom was not cleaned *not enough help at front desk; not friendly *for the price I expected much more-stayed at the Marriot on Canal Street last December and was very pleased for a lot less money *very displeased; will not stay here again
A double room had 2 towels of each size every time we took a shower you to call house keeping and weren't pleased. The front was very short with you. The rooms wereserved paid for before arrival but they weren't ready at 8pm n check in time was 3pm. My reservation was for 5 double rooms one was a regular. Management promised dinner and it was never received.
Was in the Middle of the French Quarter and the views the bed the size of the room, We loved it all.
There was not a single thing that we didn't like except having to leave when the vacation was over.
Everything but the beds and pillows!
Upgrade the beds and pillows!
The elevator card to access residential levels seems to work as it pleases. In any case, it is not reliable. As for dialing 800 numbers, I got some kind of unsolicited promotion which I did not want; when I told the person at the other end of the line that I was not interested. I was disconnected completely and never got my 800 number. Strange. Never had that before.
Wifi is slow
Location is great but hotel front doors get chained up when drunks start roaming streets. You have to enter through the side. Elevators take a while.
There is no safe or mini bar fridge in the room. It's very no frills - they offer the basics.
It was suppose to be for the dates of October 31st, November 1st and November 2nd. October 27 and 28. I tried to change the dates a couple of time and it kept changing them. They need to credit me back my money any apply it to the right dates.
That It has messed up my vacation. I have tried to get help. It has not worked.
noisy elevator key to activate elevator malfunctioned 90% of the time for everyone
the staff was rude and not willing to give the best customer service. Our keys didn't work for the elevator or room, I asked for new ones and they treated me like I was lying. They even made a security guard wait for me to make sure it really didn't work. I never recieved new keys. Everyone staying at the Wyndham was complaining about their elevator cards and some even had to go up before being able to go down. Not what I call convenience. The room it's self was good, bed was comfortable but a staff can make or break an experience for a customer.
Our booking room indicated that we were to get a king bed, Booking dot com showed 2 queens. The lady working on Monday night worked and corrected this. Thank you very much
It looked like someone vomited and seriously stained the carpet out of the elevator on the ninth floor. It was repulsive
The location in the French Quarter was good.
The condition of the facilities is quite poor. The hallways were dark and dank. The elevators did not work properly and often required 15 to 20 minutes to return to the room. The staff sometimes allowed us to use the freight elevator.
I did not like parking fee.
Friendly Staff, clean, comfortable
The cleaning staff did not speak English. They entered the room twice unannounced
We liked Diana in the Lobby. A fantastic woman. Whe had an adress to a Vinyl musicstore. When ve got their the local vere empty, but she told us theirs new adress. She also told us about the best music pubs and the big market.
Close to Bourbon St and in the French Quarters. Walking distance to most main attractions.
There is a store across the street that allows vagrants to stand outside intoxicated at all times of the day. These individuals would harass us every time we walked outside. The events staff pressured us into going to a time share meeting that lasted 2 hours. The room we reserved was not available to us so we were stuck in a room not fitted for our situation.
The staff went above and beyond during the entire stay. Very accommodating
We experienced a leak in the first room we stayed in
A late check out from friendly staff. Pool was fab. Staff advised us on how to make the best of our stay.
Dinner at the restaurant
the fact that we had to use 2 elevators to access our room. We had 2031 I'm just glad I'm a smaller person the bathroom is crammed.
The staff was excellent. They were very professional and were willing to please you in anyway. The Bellman could not have been nicer and knew w the city so they could help you with directions. The concierge was exceptional in her position too.
When we were checking in, the computer system was down and it took 30 minutes to check in. The next afternoon when the rest of the group came in, the computers were slow again. The Internet service in the room was not available for several hours after check in. One couple was put in a handicapped room by the elevator. That really was extremely noisy due to the elevator.
Rooms were nice no ventilation in bathrooms
Cus toner service
