i had requested a delux room and was very disapointed it did not meet my standards, very shoddy and there was a smell in the room of dampness. it was otherwise clean and the bed was very comfortable hallways and room very shoddy in need of redecorating and new carpets |

I liked that the hotel was near the interstate an,restaurants and shopping. I did not like that roaches entered my room thru the sliding glass door on both nights of my stay. |

On International Dr. And close to the convention center. Facilities were old and poorly maintained, cracking paint etc. The staff was young and inattentive. For example, as I checked in the girl was more interested in talking and giggling with a fellow worker than in establishing eye contact with me. Finally, there were roaches in my room. |

Hotel gardens and pools. My family has stayed several times over the last years and it was perfect.Now im sad to say it needs a complete renovation ( paint bathroom carpets curtins.Such a pity as the hotel grounds are beautiful and child friendly. |

We had a paid reservation for 9/12 and 9/13 and upon arrival at the hotel we were told that the reservation was for 4 days instead of 2 and check in was on 12/25 instead of 9/12.Instead of correcting the problem the reception staff were arguing that their system didn't show the correct reservation. We had a printed prof of the booking number with the correct days and amount paid so after an hour we were given key to our room. However we were charged for four days stay and had to wait few days till they credit the money back.The bed sheets looked washed but smelled like trow up so we had to sleep with only a comforter and the next day the housekeeper didn't change our towels. |
