    The rooms were spacious and very nice with a good kitchen area. The staffs were very friendly and always willing to help .Generally I had a nice stay and I can recommend it to other travelers .

    I did not like the fact that one has to clean the room himself . I would have preffered a situation where house keeping would do the cleaning. Also the location is not so perfect as there are a lot of hoodlums within the vicinity of the hotel.

    Comfortable room,loved the balcony, good pool and other amenities.

    This property needs more elevators for the 35 floors they have. You could spend 15 minutes waiting to go down or you have to ride up and then go back down. The spa tub that I paid extra money for didn't work. The towels were small and hard and the tub/shower combo was old and flaking.

    Loved the: -friendliness -ease of checking in and checking out -the feeling of safety and security -cleanliness of the entire building -easy walk to the beach (even with 2 kids and a cart full of toys)

    Spacious!

    No housekeeping and long wait for elevators ! Charge for not checking out before 10 am but room was not ready at 4pm at check in!

    Staff was excellent/ friendly and helpful throughout our stay. When we were leaving, the car was brought out already packed with our suitcases which had been stored during the day. Very short walk to beach/steel pier. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice, and the game room is a plus.

    1. When we booked on Booking.com, it didn't mention that this is a time share property with no daily cleaning service, and we were not told at check in. We were very surprised when we came back to the room the first day to dirty towels and unmade beds. 2. There are inadequate elevators for size of property. Thus does not sound like a big deal until you are there and waiting over 10 minutes every time you need to go up or down. Forget if you are going with your luggage- leave 20 minutes early as elevators are usually packed and you need to wait for an empty one. 3. For some reason, the builders decided to go with 1950s motel style. Rooms are not attractive, with low ceilings and very humid. Shower pressure is not good. 4. Check out is 10 am and they are very strict. I have never needed to leave a hotel room so early. Overall a shame given great location and excellent staff. I would not stay here again.

    The facility was excellent. The valet lost our car keys but we found them later. Beautiful view. Close to the boardwalk, the steel pier, the Taj Mahal.

    Each time that we contacted Booking.com to modify our reservation we were told that they would call us back. When they did NOT call back it became TOO LATE to change. Then we were told to handle thiswith the Wyndham directly. We tried to modify our check out date continually. The Wyndham said this must be done with Booking.com. Booking.com said it must be done with the Wyndham. We asked and left messages to change from July 13-19 to the July 13-17 that we actually did. We began requesting this on July 10--three days before arrival as required. No one has been helpful. Each place continues to tell us the other one must fix this

    The room was newly refurbished, clean and comfortable.

    The elevators were horribly slow. There are hidden late check-out fees.

    Our suite's size amenities (spa in room). Location of resort. Proximity to beach.

    Wait time for elevator. Our mattress was horrible. It was not firm and was lopsided on one side. The valet, front desk clerk and resort salesperson were not receptive to an incident where my car was damaged at the facility because of the valet and issue at facility. An insurance claim has been filed. Photos are available.

    First off, if you're looking for a glamorous Casino adventure in Atlantic City, then we recommend that you pay the extra and stay at one of the large casinos as this hotel/apartment may not be for you. What you get here is a full-fledged large apartment for 2 people with a full kitchen with all amenities of home - hence giving you a comfortable place to stay while you visit the area. This is especially true if you are bored with restaurants and enjoy spending a quiet night ready to get up early the next day to enjoy the day! The hotel is fairly well located on the corner of Pacific avenue and is thus near the boardwalk. It is a very enjoyable 3 minute walk to the boardwalk and then another 20-30 minutes in either direction to get to the larger casinos - walking is THE activity in Atlantic City anyway! It is easily accessible and has valet parking at a very affordable rate ($10 like most places in AC), and overall it is a "nice" hotel. It does not have the "grandiose" feel of the large casinos (it's not a casino) but it will be perfect to be used as a base to go and see the other towns south of AC. Our 1-bedroom suite was spacious, newly-decorated and very comfortable. Our only negative comment was that there was a strong odour coming from the air conditioner in our bedroom but since we did not spend much time in the room, we got used to it after a few minutes and thus did not complain. Overall, we recommend this hotel as a base in the area.

    The hotel lobby was being refurbished during our stay so it was not the most impressive lobby but it was efficient and nice. If you rented this hotel as a hotel instead of as part of a Wyndham timeshare, then do not hesitate to point out that you are staying as a HOTEL guest and not as a timeshare guest. This will reduce the hassles from the timeshare vendors (of course, if you like the goodies they are offering and have the time, then do it! We opted not to as were only there for 4 days)

    - Security -Supplies in the kitchen were plentiful and good value - Easy access to the boardwalk and the beach

    -Wait for the elevators was long. Even the staff was pressing up and down which just makes it slower. - Access for handicap was not planned during the construction period which resulted in an injury to a staff member helping. - We paid extra for this location due tot he kitchen and balconies and the balconies were closed. We should have been advised.

    We loved the hot tub indoor pool the staff karaoke was awesome.

    I didn't like how we could t go on our balcony because of "construction" I wish I would've been told ahead of time. But overall it was an awesome stay. Check in and check out was fast

    Rooms were very clean as were the common areas. Great proximity to other casino and restaurants downbeach, and the stores. The kitchenware and amenities in the suite were excellent.

    Not enough elevators; only 3 cars shared between public and staff for a 30+ story building,waits of 15 or more minutes especially during pool operation and check in check out times. Valet service poor, especially when calling to have car ready Employees often curt and rude, particularly when working understaffed, which seemed frequent.

    was told at check-in that balcony was closed!! they said "didn't you get the e-mail"? isn't that something that they should've said at booking? I only booked there b/c of balcony. It was my sister's trip before she got married. Very disappointing. Evevator service very slow.

    Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean. Fun activities for the family to do together. Great location! Very pleasurable experience!

    The king bed was comfortable. The balcony was nice.

    At checkin in was told that I couldn't get extra bed. Was also told my card was charged at booking when booking.com site said I could pay at the hotel. The elevator carpets were disgusting. The sinks in the room were clogged. The carpet in the room had a sticky residue on it that felt nasty under our feet. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. We weren't told that we had to ask for house keeping service so the garbage piled up and the bathroom never got cleaned. We asked for late check out and write told we could be accommodated. Also someone got stck in the elevator and the fire department had to rescue them.
