We were meeting another couple there and they were able to get us room very close together. The staff was friendly and accomodating.

Clean and comfortable beds. Friendly caring staff. We will always stay here when we return to Yakima.

Hotel was old and dilapitated. Smelled of cheap deoderizer to cover up the smell of animals. Excessive Dominoes Pizza advertising, misleading free wireless and horrible bed and room. It was at best a 35 dollar hotel room. The breakfast was a joke. Perfect eggs in microwave? Cheap little donuts? Its was really old and run down. Not a new hotel as advertised.

Lousy location, no visible sign and terrible Google Map directions Noise from outside that enters the rooms unable to contact by telephone for motel location [called three times with no answer]

The rooms were a little bigger than I expected, and very cozy.

The towels were the tiniest I've really ever had to use to shower.

Good Value for the money. This Motel is conveniently located near the Yakima Convention Center. (2 blocks) The Free Breakfast was fine, Waffles, Breakfast Sandwiches, Cereal, Yogurt, Juice, Milk, Coffee. Breakfast Service began at 6:30 which was perfect for my schedule. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Microwave & Fridge in the room was a plus. The room was clean and of adequate size. Free wireless seemed fine and speed was good. I would stay here again.

The coffee could have been better. Recommend they try Seattle's Best, Tullys, etc. It tasted like Maxwell House or Folgers. No coffee maker in the room. I always prefer to have a coffee maker in the room so I can have coffee in the morning before I'm ready to go out in public.

The service was excellent and very visitor friendly The free breakfast was very well put together. Especially liked the waffles. The rooms were very well furnished

The television could have been more up to date for a newly furnished hotel. The rooms need to have better lighting for reading at night

The room was much less than expected, even at a budget price. Advertising breakfast is a bit of a push.

This is a newer hotel that's clean Staff was good continental breakfast is a cut above the other economical hotels

It was fine for what we needed - a place to stay in Yakima over night. We have stayed at this same hotel several times, although every time we stay there it has a new name so we are always surprised when we get there and it is the same place. It is clean, comfortable and inexpensive as far as hotels go. I wouldn't want to spend much time there as it isn't somewhere you'd relax and enjoy yourself. The breakfast was fine, although the wafflemaker would get the waffles brown - they looked like they were barely cooked.

Clean , comfortable , very good deal for the price :) . Close to town , easy access to freeways . Very accomadating staff . I will stay at a GuestHouse Inn again . The price was perfect for a retiree .

Very comfortable stay in a clean room. Everything we needed with enough choice for breakfast in the morning. Great value.

It was nice, but I did not like the fact that the receptionist did not allow me to use my triple a card and it was posted on dear door I won't be staying there again

The hotel was clean enough for my 16 month old to play on the floor. All the staff had great customer service skills.

Map quest's directions were a joke. I drove around for an hour trying to find the hotel. When we left in the morning there was a homeless man digging through Holiday Inn Express' dumpster across the street.
