Small cottage, small bathroom, noisy and old. Needs serious renovation to be a comfortable stay.
It's a lovely property that needs serious love!

Location in Boerne
We stayed in the Enchanted Cabin, which was a free-standing cabin with a big bathroom, claw foot tub, queen-sized bed, and a living room. I hate that we were only able to stay one night, but we're definitely planning on coming back soon to stay and enjoy the area.
ambiance; quaint; location
My husband didn't think the bed was very comfortable
everything. Loved the cabins
No breakfast on site.
Friendly staff, fixed minor problems right away.
I loved the old world style of the whole place. The room was beautifully styled, old world yet with today's comfort.
The comfort of the bed. The headboard kept banging against the wall when you sat on or turned in bed and the mattress was on the thinner side. You could feel the springs along upper sides of mattress.
Great location and setting. The room is quaint and for the most part comfortable.
The weather was freezing and it was too cold to use the outdoor hot tub. Not the fault of the hotel.
Historic building built in the 1850's. Many very unique rooms at this Inn. Lots of antique furnishings. Lots of charm. Former stage coach stop in the old west.
Mattress is worn out. No lamps for a person to read. Volume on TV did not work. No place to put on make up. Tub wobbles when taking a shower. Cushion on chair is worn out.
A bit expensive
The efficiency and friendliness of the staff
We loved our stay at ye- Kendall Inn. Located right in town next to all the shops and restaurants, nice walking or bike trail on the Cibolo trail right outside door of the hotel. The hotel is clean and has large rooms including a living room. We booked our stay not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and would give it a 10.
History of the hotel, convenience of location, friendly & helpful staff.
I did not like the lack of privacy... Very thin walls and a crack in our door you could literally see all the way through to the courtyard.
The location was great and hotel was very pretty and was very antique looking.
My husband and I rented a cabin for a night. Though the cabin was cute and rustic, the sofa and the quilt on the bed looked dirty, like it could have been the original accessories. Also, our cabin was right next to the outdoor reception area and there happened to be a wedding going on, so there were children running around and people talkikg right outside our windows. Also, the inn's restaurant, Limestone Grille was overpriced for the quality of the food. Overall, the hotel staff and the location were wonderful.
It is time to upgrade the mattresses and pillows.
We love that the hotel is so close to all the fun shops and restaurants as well as a nice walking trail.
Everything was very nice
The hot tub for the property was right outside our room and noisy. I explained to the staff before hand and they assured it isn't normally a noisy area. I had to take matters into my own hands at 10:30 at night. Not a pleasant nights stay.
The age of the place and the history.
The hotel and room had a great historic look. The bed was super soft and comfortable. The area was pretty quiet and had a very nice walking trail right next to the hotel.
During the most recent visit we stayed in the Jane Zoch room. Very small. The bed was the loudest, squeakiest one I've ever slept on. You could feel the springs in the mattress poking your body. The mattress was one of those blue and white stripe mattresses like the ones you'd see in boot camp. The heating / AC vent air was so loud coming out of the vent it sounded like a huge warehouse fan and the vent grate was loose and rattled all night when the air came on. Our previous visit we didn't know there was a hot tub and we swore this trip we would use it. The hot tub was not hot, it was warm. My wife asked the front desk if that's as "hot" as it got and she said "we keep it room temperature". So we looked forward to using it and it was barely warmer than 78 or so. It is a very nicely built hot tub. Needs to be hot.
It is a cozy place with a great location. Very quiet. We've stayed in 3 different rooms over 4 days. Staff is friendly, bartender was funny and polite. The beds and rooms on the G side near the hot tub were very spacious. Large walk in shower and very comfortable king size bed.
Had a great time with Nick and Josh at the bar, they really worked the room and made sure everyone was having an awesome time!
There was an odd configuration with the step up to the bathroom. Need to move the knob on the door up so you can get back into the room more easily! A bit of a challenge and a good laugh! Loved the place, anyway.
Just comfortable and a great location! Liked the bed! Did not use the WiFi, but will next time?
