If you want feel real cold in the Wyoming field. If you want be suffered from many mosquitoes and bugs. If you don't have any food and beverage during a stay. If you want drive your car on rough road with dust. If you want to pull your baggage on a unpaved rough road. I rec to book this hotel........You know that it is your responsibility.
Setting. Bed. Hot shower
I wanted a place to get a quiet night's sleep, but a worker's generator was on ALL night. My daughter had hoped that spiders would have been removed from tent prior to us going in.
lovely site, comfy bed and log burner for chilly evenings.
bear precautions mean no food or drinks in tent.
Log fire in tent Large comfy bed Nearby restaurant
Tents were comfortable. Scenery was lovely.
Concept interressant Localisation vs Yellowstone
Froid dans les tentes pas chauffées Bruit lié au générateur à proximité ( arret entre 1H et 5H du mat !) Pas assez de toilettes à disposition trop cher au regard de la prestation
Since staff were students, they were fun.
For the price per se, it's kind of overpriced. But the location is good, not far from west entrance- only 6miles away.
Location and staff, common showers but clean
It's just a small tent but costs like a hotel room. I was charged $5 for a recharge of my phone.
Beautiful location. Walking distance to very nice restaurant.
The beds for older teenage children were too small (stretchers) and the sleeping bag zips were faulty. They didn't have such a good nights sleep.
We really liked the location and meeting people around the campfire.
We thought we had reserved a tent with beds like we had at Yosemite. It seemed quite expensive for just cots.
The momen we got off the car, 4 horses walked/ran by. The staff nicely took us to our tent and started the fire for us. The tent is very clean and public bathroom is also very clean and nice. It was a cold night from the rain, but the bed is super comfy and warm. We didn't expect to see the stars due to weather, but we ended up seeing a lot of them! Free coffee/cider/hot chocolate at registry camp. A small river near by, it was a fun experience! Also, there is signal for phones!
The address provided wasn't exactly the right location. You have to drive down the road further to get to the place.
Loved we had a bed and toilets that flushed .the wood stove in our tent was also a plus
It was not as close to Yellowstone as I had hoped and not as outdoorsy basically tents in a paddock with out the horse droppings
no cooking, we did not get 4 single beds as requested; I would have got a hotel if i had known we could not have food; i would get a koa cabin next time
We were in tent#1 we asked for a quite area and we got it off by ourselves,5 of us.We saw a moss across the stream. All the hot chocolate and coffee you want all day or all evening. A fire pit to gather and meet new friends. It was great, a comfortable king bed. The tents don't have electricity but you ask they will give you a blow dryer to go to main bathroom. But that is part of the adventure or roughing it.Will stay here again!
The staff was amazing. The whole experience was a good one for anyone able to afford it. For a tent it was very clean and everything we needed was there. Simply awesome.
A little expensive for the suite. The paths to the suites could have been mowed maybe would have kept some bugs down. Road and parking lot could be treated to keep dirt and dust down too.
Epic views, really nice helpful staff
No noise restrictions in tightly packed tents made the night long. Late arrivals being ferried around in gas carts-made it feel like a parking lot. All toilets are attached to showers-so long waits for relief-no place to go "outside"-uncomfortable morning waits
I don't remember.
Very over priced for a tent in a unmowed field. Zippers on sleeping bags were broken. We were not allowed to cook out. No table but since we were not allowed to have food it wasn't needed. Had to hold the shower handle down while taking a shower.
Our booking was not received, so we were not able to stay. The location is 10 miles outside yellowstone. It has nothing to do with yellowstone! Also you are not allowed to take food with you.
The comfortable bed.
Coffee area was too far away from our tent.
Stargazing and great view Private deck in our deluxe tent Comfy bed Bathroom in tent, nice hot shower Wood burning stove in tent, with wood Pet friendly so we could have our dog with us! Wildlife around us (you can hear the wolves and coyotes howling at night) Fire pit outside River nearby Very friendly staff (help you get settled in, bring your stuff to your tent) You can book different activities through Yellowstone Under Canvas Very peaceful and quiet
Breakfast was not included Not getting more than just the tent for your money
Loved the location! The deluxe suites were almost perfect!
We were not prepared for the freezing temps at night! Even in our warm comfy beds, we were frozen and fully clothed!
The bed and bedding were wonderful, it was like sleeping on a cloud. Tent comfortable. Loved it. Beautiful setting. Loved seats near river. Enjoyed hot chocolate.
Not enough shower/toilet blocks. They needed to be cleaned more often too. The first morning I nearly wet myself as there was a long line for showers. No separate toilets. More kindling and paper needs to be provided or a firestarter as hard to get fire started. Since couldn, t bring food on site naybe providing fruit in reception would be nice. Neede more parking as all spaces taken. Very popular and deservedly so.
location, fun idea, nice fireside conversation with other people, excellent restaurant nearby
teepees have canvas cots with mummy bags, my wife had a recent back operation and this was extremely uncomfortable, we couldn't stay the second day, we actually paid less for Al's Westward Ho Motel in West Yellowstone which was OK
