Score from 4 reviews Very good
Breakfasts were excellent, as well as the service. Wonderful Wyoming view and stream outside our door. We felt like we were "somewhere special". Great location of being between Cody and East Yellowstone entrance.
The smell from the septic tank was constant when walking outside. The A/C in the cabins was too small for the room and not able to cool properly. The two beds were full size, too small to accommodate more than 2 people.
The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good
The accommodation was a semi detached cabin. Could hear everything from next door, so no insulation. Not comfortable to spend time in. All cabins in a semi circle behind main building, view from front is the back of the kitchen with huge bins on view. Two metal rubbish burners were set on fire in the afternoon to burn rubbish. No seating outside in the picnic area was in the shade. Behind the cabins is the view of the RV and campsite. Open air pool is next to the main road, again no shelter from the blazing sun. There is a hot tub, but as it was in the 85 degrees plus! saw no reason to use that either. Altogether we would not recommend this place
The view was excellent
WiFi was not sufficient
The staff and owners were awesome! The facilities were clean and the view was spectacular. Their free breakfasts were the best. The look of the place reminded me of a little cowboy town, so cute.
The bed s were a little small and the mirrors were also small which made them to short or too high for each of us to be able to see ourselves. We will definitely be staying again, even with theses few things!
free breakfast was good
poor wifi, no table or chair in room for laptop. shower cold and hot while trying to take a shower.
Shower temp was horrible, either scalding hit or freezing cold. Told front desk and she said sorry, they would fix it
the staff was very friendly, i liked the fact they have a restuarant on site and their complimentary breakfast was wonderful.
they could have offered more amenities. the hot tub was full of children when i checked to see if it was available and they could have offered wi fi access.
Quiet location close to Yellowstone East entrance, excellent breakfast, nice rustic cabins. Would stay there again.
Very friendly and accommodating.
very nice staff - room was pretty spacious and beds were very clean.
the area between my room and the river had roofing materials scattered, the mini-fridge was frozen up and had someone's take-out In it. I had to track down an employee at 10 pm to get toilet paper. we missed breakfast our 2nd morning- they don't serve until 7 am on Monday
the complimentary breakfast was delicious. a definite plus for travelers.
Loved Our Stay There. Great Location To And From Cody And Yellowstone. Would Definitely Recommend To Others.
smell of room, moldy & old
The location is good.
wi-fi in their motel rooms is VERY slow. The shower was well, the shower head was about 5' high and it spit water instead of flowing. My son and spouse are 6' tall. The breakfast was "traditional" and heavy. It was VERY light on fresh fruit and I am on a low sodium diet so pre-made eggs, sausage, hash browns, etc are usually out. Yogurt, oatmeal, and hard boiled eggs would have been very welcome.
Staff were very helpful and friendly
Fairly limited menu for vegetarians...
Locaton was nice, beautiful surroundings.
The room was not good. Too small, lighting was poor, needed microwave and fridge. Glad we only stayed one night.
Charming place, excellent breakfast, perfect location to visit Yellowstone and Cody.
Good restaurant; nice to have a hot tub.
A bit far from Yellowstone entrance.
The convenient location for a one night stop on our way to Yellowstone. Restaurant being right there and enjoyed very good food for supper and breakfast.
Only problem was with the shower, had warm water til pulled plug for shower then it went cold for just one of us. Just kinda odd that one of us took a nice shower and then right after the other one had trouble with it.
Bathroom counter too small.
Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Restaurant was good and ambiance was nice. Views were absolutely incredible.
Really, there wasn't anything we didn't like!
I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere the staff created. The motel room was also very clean, and we were given fresh towels every day and our beds were made without having to ask. The hot breakfast buffet was also greatly appreciated. Our group did not encounter any problems at this hotel.
I think the price is still high, but so are the other hotel prices in the area. We stayed a week at this hotel. We would have loved to stay longer, but the price was just too much; being more than our airfare to get to Cody. It would be nice to get a price reduction for a longer stay.
The room was very ok, and the back door carried you to a river with beautiful views! Hightly recommended!
The GPS carried us to a wrong adress, use coordenates to find the place.
