Housekeeping was erratic
I had a billing issue that they took care of very promptly to my satisfaction. Very good customer service.
Rooms need to be updated
Staff let us park our bikes under shelter. That was very nice since it was cold and raining. and the restaurant was excellent and a good value.
Great location. Room was large. Bed was comfortable.
This experience was excellent. the place was clean and quiet. Would plan to go back.
The YO is a good location and a great full service facility. Really appreciated that they have a full service bar with a great staff. Front desk staff was great as well.
The sleeping rooms were a bit stale and the fixtures aren't the best, however it's functional.
Good location for me
No fridge in room. Had one last time.

Value and service
We loved the bar area, the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and the food was good. Our room was comfortable and the atmosphere was awesome!
We stay here at least once or twice a year ! Spacious room, good food, awesome location ... Will go back next month
My granddaughter loved the pool and it was great to have the bar out there. My daughter and I could have a cocktail.
The location is convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants. Area attractions were easy to get to. We loved it, we'll be back.
Missed having a microwave in the room.
Restaurant was convenient and buffet was excellent! Staff was courteous! Enjoyed the saloon and the live band was good, too!
That we only had one day to stay!
The staff and the location. The room was a little dated and the bed was in need of a new mattress.
All. Superb food.
The staff were always professional and eager to please
The rooms are outdated, ie comforters on beds- do not care for that; air conditioner unit right next to bed- it blows across your face! The mattresses on beds are too hard.
Historical appeal. Tile floors Open, spacious rooms
Very run down rooms No fitness center Over priced No breakfast offer Upgrade on baseboards, decor upgrade would make this a really appealing place. Fallen a long ways from earlier years when we first stayed there.
West texas appeal. Decor , location, ease to find.
Parts we very dated, hallway was very noisy during night and early morning.
Less variety of food, the same everyday.
Breakfast buffet was very good and staff very attentive.
Room was very dusty. Dust hanging from lamp shades, TV and bed frame was very dusty. No fitted sheet on bottom of bed. The dining area had dust showing from the chandeliers. Complained to front desk. Their answer was to give us two free breakfast vouchers.
Lobby atmosphere was good.
The rooms need a total cleaning. Mold around bathtub and the baseboards in bathroom were caked with dirt and filthy.
