The attentiveness of the staff (Manny) and helpfulness. In addition, to the spaciousness of the room and quick access to the city. Bathroom door opening didn't provide a sense of privacy.

Very modern, wel designed rooms. Free muffins every morning and coffee/tea on all floors. Great location for discovering Manhattan. Pay a bit more to get an excellent view. All taxi drivers know the purple lights! The rooms are quite small and we missed a real closet.

The hotel restaurant was reasonably priced and good. The room (cabin) was tired. The sink had stains in it, the walls and floor scuffed and dirty, the shower control was falling off and the vents were full of fluff and dirt.

I liked the concept and the idea of doing your check in from the screens. Design inside the cabins makes you feel like you are in a spaceship.

Everything was perfect.the was very friendly and helpful.the room was perfect and I would like to tell in Linda a big thank you. The breakfast was very poor but this is not a problem.

This is a fantastic hotel, great price and location, small rooms but modern with a great use of space. The staff were fantastic, and helped out with everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough ;o)

the modern look of the hotel and the relaxed atmosphere. I also liked the friendly smiley staff. the beds were a little hard and the room very compact.

Location (Theatre District/Times Square), Floor to ceiling window view of NYC in room, Very high speed free wireless internet, Big screen TV in room, Free gourmet muffins every morning, Free expresso coffee anytime, Very comfy bed converts to very comfy sofa, European ambiance We like EVERYTHING about this hotel - beats every other one in NYC hands down!

Really hi-tech and design-centric hotel with nice small touches all over the place. The rooms were small but everything is laid out very efficiently and there is no wasted space. Free and fast wi-fi was a godsend. The robot that stores your luggage after you check out was pretty cool too! Would be nice to have a more affordable in-hotel dining option as an alternative to the fancy restaurant.

The breakfast in the morning was really great, even if the coffee is very quickly gone... but waiting for fresh one was usually quick. The rooms are very quiet... for New York that is a real plus. Perfect location... check the 9th avenue for really restaurants in the evening... 5 min walk. We will go back... The lifts (only 5) can be very crowded in the morning and you usually have to wait...

Comfortable bed Shower was very clean and rain head shower is a nice touch Shower gels Free wifi The tiny cabin room cost me $500!!!!???? I know NYC can be expensive, but I think given the size of the "cabin" (TINY!), you might pass some savings on to your customers.

Location, efficiency of room, design, free coffee, tea and water on each floor. Coffee machine on our floor was out of service a lot of times. On busy times you had to wait for the elevators for quit some time.

Everything was great with this hotel, would recommend it to anyone. Location was within walkin distance of Time Sq and other places you might like to go to. Cabin beds very comfortable. We had a 3 person cabion so I can only comment on this. We were next door to the galley for all the tea and coffe you want and it was not noisy at any time

Clean and new. Housekeeping staff friendly and prompt. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds to hard. Toilet and shower not private. No chair/table. Too small for three people.

Amazing location in the heart of Manhattan Theatre District. Very comfy clean rooms with great Manhattan views on the upper floors. Highly recommended for a city visit. Great unlimited food and drinks brunch on weekend days. No breakfast buffet. Just muffins. Limited paid breakfast options (just a few positions on the menu). Omlette is not made of eggs.
