눉When I booked the room, I specifically requested a room that was isolated if possible from other guests because we were traveling with a child that doesn't sleep through the night and I was trying to be polite to other guests, but also prevent unnecessary noise that would wake our baby. We were put in a room at the front of the hotel, surrounded by other people. The second night we had screaming kids in the room next to us that were quite loud and prevented us from sleeping. It was frustrating mostly because the hotel was nowhere near full capacity, so our request could have easily been accommodated.
Additionally, the TV was broken. When we informed the front desk they kindly offered to change rooms, but with a toddler that we had just set up his portable crib it was too much of a hassle. I wish we had just been put into a room without a broken TV to begin with. We were told that the hotel is in the middle of renovations, to include replacing all old TV's. So why continue to put guests in the old, broken, dingy rooms if you have the others available?
One of my bathroom towels had what looked like old make-up stains on it.
Really it's just a run down hotel, that is clearly in need of a lot of renovations/repairs. The price we paid (nearly $100 a night) is no where near comparable to the quality of room we stayed in and we are pretty basic, not too fancy of people, so that's saying a lot.
눇The staff was nice enough. The breakfast was great as long as you like lots of carbs and no protein.
