Score from 90 reviews Excellent
Location next to Merritt parkway was great. Free shuttle service to train station provided. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was great.
Although I booked a room for 4 people, the sofa bed was not made. The person who made it was clearly not in the mood of doing so. Left without a word when only half finished. We had to call again for someone to come up to finish the job. The first morning, coffee machine was broken but no one informed us. Instead they kept on saying coffee will be right out. Also milk and water were missing. Only after asking for everything someone came out to bring the missing items (other than coffee, which sadly never appeared). Most of the staff does not seem to care about the customers.
Loved everything the decor and all
Just didn't like the location there wasn't a lot of options of places to eat
Room, decor, lobby, roof lounge, restaurant
Noisy on the weekend, next to the train tracks
Both night staff and day staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.
Key card in elevator could be difficult.
The rooftop area The room decor
Great property in a very good spot near Reed Expo, Diageo and GE. Love the free shuttle to local places.
The restaurant was a little too pricey.
Decor, location, wifi...
Towels were poor quality, rough....pity, as everything else was excellent
I liked tthe outside coctail area game terrace
Our room had lost the frosted The original glass in the bath room window was replaced with a decorated covering which really sucked a blind or shade would have been a better idea gime me feedback It made the room smaller please give me some feedback
This hotel was a real surprise - based on the location on a busy road, I didn't expect the excellent restaurant; well-designed, spacious rooms; upscale decor; and rather pretty views out of the back of the building. Great value for money, especially with the included hot breakfast and parking. Tons of outlets in the room and a laptop-friendly safe were nice touches, as was the rooftop lounge area.
Noise transmission between hallways and rooms was higher than expected. The guest room decor and lighting scheme was a bit dark.
Breakfast On site Parking Cleanliness of room Security
Hotel was beautiful inside. Rooms were modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was set up nicely. Exterior view was nice, lots of trees. There is a train track out back but this did not bother us.
Lighting in bathroom was way too bright. I was hoping to take a relaxing bath when I saw the complimentary robe, but who can relax in 200 watt lighting and a noisy fan? Also amenities could have been better, towels were small and rough! Better pillows would help too.
Everything! The front counter was super helpful. The hotel was quiet, clean and perfect! I travel a lot and I have to say this place was really nice!
Decor, friendly, helpful staff, price and great hot breakfast included!
Covered parking, lobby area very nice and relaxing! Unfortunately roof top closed due to thunderstorms.
Pillows could be upgraded.
We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the rooftop area was wonderful providing lots of options for entertainment.
The hotel was quite full and the breakfast area needed more staff to clean tables and replenish food.
the ambiance , breakfast front desk service
room was noisy from a booming sound coming from possible the roof
Great design of the hotel room and facilities, nice skydeck, free breakfast buffet and internet. More like this please !
We really liked the décor which was modern and trendy and the hotel was spotless. The Rooftop Bar was really fun in the evening with ping pong, billiards, putting green and a giant chess board. And full free breakfast in the morning with Starbucks coffee was great. We live in CT, but stayed here for the night to just have a little weekend getaway. Cool place and we will definitely stay again.
Friendly and efficient with decent size rooms - free films albeit slightly aged was a nice touch Breakfast was decent if not exotic
A bit spartan/Marriott Courtyard like (no mini bar/bottled water in room) but probably as good as it gets in the area
Great Restaurant, Friendly and helpful service, excellent location.
I liked the roof top
I did not like the fact the roof top was non smoking.
Staff were okay and décor tried to achieve an element of cool.
Combination of thin walls/poor sound proofing and a hotel full of rowdy wedding guests made for an extremely unpleasant and sleepless night. Staff inadequate to the challenge of keeping order and courtesy in hours between 11 PM and 3:00 AM.
The rooms are very clean & smell like they're brand new. We stayed here for a friend's wedding and they had a nice, spacious lounge in the lobby to enjoy everyone's company rather than hanging out in one of the rooms. The front desk service was excellent and they treated us very nicely. We requested a view of the trees & waterfall and we were placed two rooms down with a great view! We stayed in the deluxe king room and the bed was comfy & the stand-in shower had great water pressure. They also had a downstairs parking garage that was very helpful when it rained all weekend long and didn't want to ruin any of the wedding party's clothing.
The interior decorating is extremely grey. I understand being "modern" but I felt like I needed to turn on one more light to brighten the place up a bit.. unfortunately the little desk lamp didn't do the trick. The noise outside in the hall is very loud if you have a large group walking through. Also - the bathroom has paper thin walls, hopefully you don't have a shy bladder!
I been to many hotels, but zero degrees was the BEST!! The room is soooo beautiful... WE WILL B BACK AGAIN!!!
