I almost got mugged outside, and the door staff were slow to intervene. There was no soap in the shower, had to use hand soap to shower with. Booking.com says this hotel is in Union Square, but it's really in the Tenderloin and, according to my taxi driver, is across from a place called "Crack Alley".

Love the entire hotel, the rooms, the design everything. Bar wasn't open yet which kind of sucked. Staff was amazing, wine hour was really cool, game room was amazing, location was good. Over all I loved this hotel and the gym! Bar wasn't open, no room service, air didn't work in our room first night it was 80 degrees,

The room was really, really nice! The whole staff was very friendly and gave us so many precious tips about the city. They recommended us a place for breakfast (Brenda's) and it was a great experience! We will definitely return!

There was nothing that I did not like. The two-story Plinko board with soccer balls, the leisure room in the loft, the design - from the metal dog to the wall of convicts - all perfect. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and enthusiastic about their hotel. Their location is perfect - close enough to Union Square to enjoy the nightlife, but far enough away to avoid the noise; the bart is half a block away and provides access to the entire city. I highly recommend this hotel.

I love the rustic modern decor, the size of my room and bathroom. Also, front desk staff was very friendly. Did not like the fact that there was no restaurant on premises.

The staff is friendly, the location is excellent, the decor is very cool and it is good value for money. The lounge area and free wine tasting is great. You will have a good time connecting with some of the other patrons. A lot of noise from the hallway gets into the room. Could be a problem if you sleep lightly.

A contemporary look without being cold. Well thought out and fun. Great location. Quiet rooms which was a surprise since it is centrally located. I hope the price doesn't change.

Loved the room size and accommodations. Staff was super customer focused. Had opened only three weeks so there were minor glitches quickly resolved. Location, simply perfect. Proximity to shopping, Bart, restaurants. Really cool rooms and bathroom appointments. Liked the wine tasting between 5-6 pm. Hated the coffee machine. Too modern and complicated. Coffee, super caffeinated. Should have real creamer and Keirig or drip type coffee maker. Obnoxious homeless people in your face asking for $$ in very aggressive manner. Happened twice in a two day stay.

ロケーションがとにかく最高 this bran-new hotel is build just couple weeks ago, so everything is pretty clean and modern style interior. It is the best location I've ever stayed. best location from if you come from SFO and going out. Also nice employee and service. nothing really, if I do complaint just one thingm that about amenity. no amenity. just...soap, shampoo and conditioner.

People always come first so it was the Staff that were the most important in making my stay Exceptional. Having Spoken to all the staff from the Doormen, Reception Team, Maids, Sales Manager, Sales Director the GM and Even the CEO who made an appearance in the opening week, i congratulated him on assembling such a fine Team of People that were totally in Sync with each other, Great energy and Mannerism and most welcoming, a real delight to have being in the company of such Fine Folk ! Other than that the Hotel was great for decompressing and was super chilled unlike most Hotels that are just to serious and not fun. I was pretty much one of the first guests to check-in and the First to stay in Room 718 All the Technology and Eco Gadgets worked as Described and the bed was a Dream to Sleep and loose yourself in the selection of varying pillows, Plenty of Hanging and draw Space for my clothes and the office desk made it easy to work from. The Bathroom was Sleek and Minimal in Design, Super Large Shower space which was almost impossible to Leave due to the masses of hot water provided combined with the NEIL GORGE BODY WASHING Products which were just out of this world, The Indian Gooseberry & Sage Hand and Body wash just ridiculous, i already ordered one on-line (Amazing) If you want an uptight Hotel this place isn't for you, if you want a Super Chilled experience with Phenomenal Staff looking after you the Book Hotel Zetta. Thanks again to ALL OFF THE STAFF
