The location, the views and the buffalo. Comfortable bed, a good shower and clean linen.
The quietness of the cabin
The bed was too hard so did not sleep good. Limited food restaurants so bring a snack. Did not like the person who we talked to at the restaurant they had there. Tried to make a res and she seemed to have an attitude not freindly at all considering she suppose to be in the service industry!
Liked the cabin idea and being on a working ranch, seeing the animals and especially the bison.
The cabin could have bee more homely, the sofa was looked tired and not a good place to sit. The windows were dirty which spoilt the great views of the open skies. The location was nearer to the main road than anticipated. The restaurant was over-priced and limited.
Cabins with large beds and facilities; Views over the Buffalo ranch; pet cat that visited us; incredible storm that knocked out all the power.
Had to walk in the pouring rain across the road to our cabin. Limited convenient parking.
This place was beautiful. The cabin was great and the views were unreal. Got to enjoy an amazing storm from our front patio at night together.
Our room wasn't ready for almost 2 hours once we got there. We had to go to town and kind of do our date night earlier than wanted in the clothes we had been traveling in because there was nowhere to get ready. The cabins are pricey and wished we could have stayed there the full time we paid for. (3pm not 5:30)
Room clean and new
No internet connection in the room, Restaurant overpriced and with servant that trick you to add dishes, Room not correspondant at the images, We was expecting a more genuine experience, this is clearly made only to make money, is not a real ranch.
vicinity of Zion NP, wildlife, comfort, huge bathtube
Great location and fair cabins
Non-existent service. The first cabin had a broken extra bed, then we changed and the wrong sheets were provided. Cleaning was done half and half (one bed made, the other one not). Breakfast is not included, there is no other place to eat in the nearby area, and the restaurant is quite expensive and doesn't have much choice,
No wifi services in the ranch but office only, no phone in the room and hardly get cell phone signal .
Attention to detail in the cabin was amazing. We loved the giant bathroom. Great layout of cabin and the location was gorgeous and 5 minutes to the park.
No one should ever have to sleep on that sofa bed mattress.
At the Zion Mountain Ranch, you have a bit of luxury while being in a rustic area. It is only a short drive to Zion National Park and is ideally situated for great canyon views and surises/sunsets. It is a great place for a leisurely retreat.
The only thing that was even remotely difficult was at the restaurant. We had to specify different things about our order three times. Our server was very nice about it though and had it changed with no problems.
Its expensive for a very simple cabin!
The air conditioner was very loud when it turned on so it was difficult to sleep with the noise.
great food! wonderful feeling surrounded by working ranch. animals (chickens. ducks, buffalo, horses) close by. really western feel without the prescribed activities of a dude ranch.
Everything..peace and quiet in the beautiful cabin surrounded by pasture framed by those amazing mountains. Excitement of the Buffalo running in at sunset was great. Seeing them in early morning again was an added thrill. The food was very good too.
Excelent for family with small kids
Not clean at all!
The view on the mountains. Nice restaurant with great food.
WiFi is free, but I could not always get a signal inside a villa.
Perfect view, friendly staff, good location for Zion and Bryce parks visits.
The cabin was lovely and the view spectacular. Location was central to so many interesting sights. I loved the front porch!
The restaurant needs a bit of improvement. Staff are lovely, but the menu is a bit tired and breakfast was awful. Dry scrambled eggs, literally water so Luke warm tea could not be made and tepid sausages, which I sent back for a reheat and the meal came out in stages. Oh, and my bottle of wine with dinner was excessively priced, but I wanted to sit on the porch in the evening with a drink, so I bought it anyway.
THE BEST PLACE TO STAY CLOSE ZION PARK
This place was amazing. The only problem was that we didn't have longer to stay. I will definitely be back and recommend others to visit the ranch!
Very spacious cabins with good facilities and parking
Food in their restaurant could and should have been warmer
good resturaunt on site....nothing else in the area. good way to see the east side of Zion
The view is wonderful. Quite, peaceful location.
We stayed in a King Deluxe cabin. The cabin was good, but the housekeeping was poor. I accidentally drop a item that rolled under the bed. When I looked under the bed I was shocked. It had not been sweep or cleaned in months. Hugh amounts of dust and buildup. Same for under the sofa. Floors looked liked they were totally ignored by housekeeping.
Great location with fantastic views, friendly staff, and so close to Zion! We went for a two hour horse ride and the horses were very well behaved and looked after. The gentleman who led the tour was very friendly and knowledgeable of the horses and the local area
The shower head needed cleaning/replacing.
