Staff is very helpful. Location is very convenient.

Hotel is going through a major renovation. Construction work starts very early in the morning. It was very noisy. When I complained they offered to move me to one of the higher floors or move out. I chose to move out. It cost me an 70/ dollars by cab in searching for and moving to another, more expensive hotel. I believe that hotel management should make it know, in advance to all future clients about their renovation until the work is done.

Bed was comfy, toilet was clean.

Inconvenient elevator, Ugly hall, Windows were nt sound-proof.

The hotel is located in the centre with convenient travel options nearby and loads of shops around. The room was very clean. Breakfast was simple but fine.

Shower was extremely small

The staff was great!

The location is perfect, the breakfast is good, rooms are clean, free wifi, friendly staff and unbelievable price from booking.com for such a good hotel!

Staff very professional, very nice rooms, nice atmosphere, very cheap rate for quality of service.

Excellent location, helpful staff, sufficient choices for breakfast, excellent promotional price for the room with breakfast, free wifi. Stayed on the upper, newly renovated floors.

The beds were very clean as well as the room and bathroom although the door of the shower cubicle was missing and there was a plastic curtain in its place so the water was free to go all around the floor...

The hotel is under refurbishment but I believe when things go back to normal it will be better.

If you like to sleep in the morning it's not perfect because they have works now, the hotel in under maintenance

Lots of noise from construction in the morning, hotel must be under renovation on the upper floors.

The Hotel was in a great location and the staff were very helpful. It was great that some of them had a good grasp of the English language. Our rooms were sufficient for what we needed and very comfortable.

I liked the location. I liked the bed also.

-The hotel is under renovation and had a lot of noise. -Had no box in the shower ... and the space was too small to take a shower...and when I showered the bathroom floor was all wet. -The doors lock mode didn't seem safe. - and the concierge of the hotel also was not secure, any person could enter ... up in the lifts ... did not seem to have anyone looking at this.

Location The room was recently reformed, althoug the common areas are still old and being changed.

The breakfeast was realy a mess. There was just one person working, so there were no clean tables sometimes for us to seat. There was always something missing: tableware or food. And we had the impression it was noot very clean.

rooms on the street might get pretty noisy with the traffic, especially if your windows is not well insulated like mine were
