Everything was very good, nice stuff, clean room & hotel space, excellent location, good breakfast

Very central placed, staff at reception was aboslutly proff, kind, always smiling and serviceminded as it must be. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose and very good coffee. Montevideo is a very nice city with lots of Museums, activities, shoppings, good food, and a wonderfull architecture... highly recommended for the specially interessted.

A little bit noice from the garages around the hotel, but I used to have the windows open. I was there again in January cause I wanted a room for a friend of mine and found out that the wonderful staff was changed! No explanations! I didn't booked any room.

Good location, English spoken by very friendly staff. Well maintained. Other facilities nearby inckluding good restaurants, shopping and money exchange. Also offered advice on other trips and entertainment which were excellant. Advice also offered on safety and where not to be after dark.

Our room was smelly. Had clearly been used by smokers. Security guards outside of our room through much of our stay 24 x 7. Not sure who was next door. Never concluded if this may me feel more safe !!!!

- Perfect location for the purpose of my trip. - Some historical attractions are really nearby. Maybe needs an extra walk for some others, but always reasonable.

Central location close to good restaurants, money exchange and romm very confortable. WiFi was good and hotel staff was great. Will return and recommend as a fair option to stay I diowntown.

Wifi had an temporary issue 1 night, and other guests noise in the corridors after 10pm (teens). Also, not many room service options. Suggest: a) revise the Wifi install or change isp b) Launch a new small menu with minimum 3 tipes of snacks.

Location and staff. Breakfast was also very good, and with a nice view . The room was confortable, there was high connectivity to internet. It had a bar down in the hobby and good restaurant.

The bathrrom, is quite small. I ask for a room with bath tube in the bathroom but instead I d a shower,a very good one, but with a courtain so the water went out wetting all the bathroom flour and also the wooden flour of the corridor. They charge you service , about 10 % over the booking price.

I was quoted a price of eighty dollars. They charged me 2,200 Uruguayan pesos, much more than the quoted price, and didn´t give me a receipt.

Everything was perfect. Highly recommendable

I like the location, right downtown and close to everything... I also like the fact that there is wifi everywhere, even in the bedrooms.

esta cerca de todo, se puede salir a caminar, de compras, con hermoso entorno.

a veces no hacian la habitacion a tiempo y abusaban del desodorante ambiental.

Boa localização em relação aos meus negócios, restaurante muito bom, onde levei vários amigos para jantar, atenção dos funcionários.

Cheiro de cigarro impregnado em vários cômodos e corredores do hotel e no primeiro quarto que me hospedaram; do qual fui transferido depois que solicitei troca.

a equipe do hotel era muito atenciosa, davam informações sempre bem explicadas sobre o que era solicitado

um barulho horroroso no quarto q não consegui identificar se era do elevador, bomba da caixa d´agua, sei lá. Mas o barulho comecava de noite e passava a anoite toda. Era horrível, dormi muito mal todas as noites

gostei do tamanho do quarto, do lobby, do chá da tarde e da gentileza dos funcionários. Gostaria de acrescentar que quem está respondendo a pesquisa é a esposa de Raul Fajuri, Leila, já que ele teve um imprevisto e não pode viajar.

Pela satisfação no atendimento de todos os funcionários, bem como a limpeza e os ambientes agradaveis.

De ter passado apenas 08 (oito) dias, espero voltar outras vezes.

Quarto amplo, funcionários muito atenciosos .

Wi fi não funcionava direito, caia a conecção varias vezes. Café da manhã muito simples, sem frutas e pães de sal, no quarto a TV ficava muito distante.

Não gostei pois havia solicitado no site booking reserva para 01 casal e 01 criança, e ao chegar no hotel e ler a reserva impressa estava apto individual.pernoitamos a primeira noite e saimos no outro dia pagando duas diarias e cama extra,uma decepção. Tentei entrar em contato com booking via telefone la no hotel e não atendiam.

El diligenciamento para solucionar un problema de reserva y su resultado. Excelente

O Balmoral é uma excelente opção para quem vai a Montevideo.
