Costa Colonia - Riverside Boutique Hotel    

Everything was brilliant the staff were very helpfull, the menu at the restaurant was perhaps limited but excellent food. Great value for money fabulous place!!!!

staff - rude, curt, unfriendly perhaps its a cultural thing? i would have expected more from a hotel in this price range

Staff, location, the room was big, spacious with complete equipment such as fridge, microwave, table for 2,etc....bed was comfy. Overall the room is great!! Wonderful view to the river (watching the sunset in the balcony is a must!) breakfast was great, buffet style and the restaurant menu was good.

The breakfast room was a little small (specially when the place is crowded...) Spa facilities are dissociated (massage room in the 4th floor, indoor pool and sauna in the -1 floor) and there's no jacuzzi (all spa should have a jacuzzi!!)

A brand new hotel, confortable and beautiful. Great tub to relax in the cold winter evenings.

Not so convenient if you don't have a car, as it's not in the old city.

Newly opened and has a very modern look. The facilities are great with a small "gym" and indoor/outdoor pools. Rooms are spacious and comfortable!

The restaurant advertised that they would be open until 23:00 but when we got down there at 22.15 they had already closed for the day and could not offer even the smallest dish. Being a small town and low-season nothing else was open. Might be a small error due to newly opening and low-season but it should not be to hard to advise correct times or follow the times they advise. Breakfast could also have had a better variety. Still these small things doesn't overshadow the fact that it is a beautiful place to stay when visiting Sacramento.

Minimalist and elegant... A breath of fresh air...

The noise transfers between walls and floors and when you are tired, that is a huge minus. It is the only thing I can fault about the stay.

The Suite was very comfortable. While it's design is minimalistic, it's size was generous and it was well equipped.

Once I arrived I was informed that the room wasn't equipped with a bathtub as I have previously requested. This was a major surprise, since the hotel concierge brought up this issue, but they've previously sent me a confirmation email, but they didn't mention anything at that time.

Very nice room, with modern facilities. Friendly & helpful staff.

Reception staff could have a little better English to assist with questions.

La ubicación, la vista desde la habitación, calidad del equipamiento.

La limpieza no estaba a la altura del hotel. El "spa" es muy pequeño para la capacidad del hotel. El tipo de cerramiento del baño es inadecuado ya que no brinda un mínimo de privacidad.

Estaba todo perfecto, recomendo el hotel: es bueníssimo, nuevo, con otimas instalaciones.

do quarto amplo e arejado, com facilidade como cozinha/micro-ondas, etc...; da arquitetura, do spa, localização.

El hotel de excelente diseño, muy moderno, la atención muy buena tanto lobby como sector pileta. Hotel muy tranquilo sin ruidos.

A veces no eran suficientes las toallas disponibles para pileta ( huéspedes q utilizaban hasta 3 toallas por reposera ¡increíble!). Sugerencia, el sector sillones y living era bellisimo pero un lugar de paso , desaprovechado, nunca ví gente lo q me parece una pena, tal vez un espacio muy abierto y poco cálido?

Excelente atencion!!! Un lugar para relajarse y aprovechar su piscina climatizada, que es puro relax. El personal es muy amable y estan en todos los detalles!! Supeeeer recomendable!!!!

Tudo muito bom, construção linda. O único problema foi a cama que deveria ser de casal e não duas de solteiro...

En líneas generales nos sentimos muy bien. El servicio fue excelente, el personal sumamente amable y bien predispuesto. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y la habitación nos encantó! El desayuno es MUY BUENO Volveríamos sin lugar a dudas!

El único "detalle" a marcar (que no es para pasar por alto) es que el restaurant ofrece productos en la carta que no tiene cuando uno hace el pedido. En particular, soy vegetariana, y decidí comer allí por la excelente oferta de la carta. Cuando me senté, me informaron que de esa oferta no había nada disponible. Es una pena en un hotel de tanta categoría que suceda esto.

Dicas de roteiros e viniculas onde o proprio diretor da rede de hoteis Gabriel(muito atencioso)nos indicou os melhores locais para conhecermos.
