The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best of our month-long trip. Perfect location, just a short block from the best beach around. And there were several good restaurants in the area. Two good computers were available in the lobby.

It was clean, good location.

The staff were not that helpful, we had emailed them to book a rental car, which they nicely did, but when we got there it turned out it had never been booked. Because it was the height of holiday season, they claimed they couldn't get us one and gave us a bus schedule, telling us they'd probably already be booked. After complaining a third time, we got them to make another call and find us a car. However the next day when our car was an hour late, and I was worried they weren't coming, they were unhelpful yet again.

No hotel services guide, no TV channel guide, so-so front desk staff, whole place needs some TLC - dated.

the location was excellent.

Well, to be honest I could not use Skype, and I could not believe they did not have the program in their computer at all, that was the only thing I did not like it, but beside that everything was fine.

It was comfortable and the staff are well prepared to deal with the customers.

For leisure, the hotel is far from the tourism spots.

The staff was very friendly, spacious rooms, reasonable WiFi and a great location in the safe neighbourhood Pocitos. Just one block away from the beach and a small walk to the big shopping centre with lots of restaurants and shops. Nice breakfast. I arrived really late and had no cash money for the cab, so the reception borrowed me some. Great service.

O apartamento de 2 quartos é amplo e acomoda bem 1 família com filhos ou 2 casais. A localização é ótima para andar a qualquer hora do dia. Perto do shopping, de restaurantes, de mercado. Enfim, ficar no Ermitage foi uma ótima escolha.

Desde o dia em que cheguei. Fui recebida pelo Agostinho que me deu todas as informações com muita cordialidade e profissionalismo.Tudo foi muito bom. Os funcionários durante a minha estadia que foi de 05/05 até 10/05/2013 foram excelentes. Gostei de tudo.

Localização, equipe, principalmente Gabriel "muy amable", cafe da manha (ja viajamos muito pelo mundo, e os cafes da manha nao sao iguais aos do Brasil, por isso esse oferecido aqui e bastante satisfatorio), banheira no quarto, em resumo gostamos muito da hospedagem. Recomendamos!!
