Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Beds, decoration.

There isn't enough staff. They did not clean the room one day because of that reason. During breakfast there are only 2 persons. Nobody helps you with the luggage. I was with a baby, i choosed the hotel because of the crib, but they did not have one finally. The wi fi did not work during 3 days. The pool is not warm, it is cold.

Big beds, tub in the restrooms, great accomodations.

The staff, mainly the cleaing ladies, left something to desire, specially in terms of sweeping the room.

The building itself is a marvel of architecture. Very high ceilings and marble on the stairs. The breakfast at the penthouse is very nice and with great views. I like the design, whenever is functional. The lobby is very appealing and so does the swimming pool.

Some of the design is not only not functional but dangerous, like the edges of the tables in the room. In the night or with poor light you can easily hurt yourself. Not recommendable for parents with children. The glas at the shower is short enough to let a lot of water come out when showering. not practical at all. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing and when they came to fix it, they left the toilet all stained. I would like to have at least one drawer at the toilets'sink's table. The edges are also sharp and pointy here. The aisles need some art work or colours on the walls. They are totally unappealing so plain and in raw white.

The installations are quite new and clean. The hotel has been restaured recently.

The location is not very nice. Although I haven't had any problem, the zone seems to be unsafe at night and you need to walk by empty streets to get to restaurants.

The room is wonderful, comfortable, clean. There is free wifi all over the hotel. Very good breakfast included in the price.

Staff do not give you right informations about the city.

It's very wel located. It ha a beautiful breakfast room on top of the building. Friendly staff, great hotel.

A beautiful hotel, well situated and designed. Good facilities including pool and spa. I think you could use the roof area better, maybe including a bar as the view up there is fantastic and the area already well designed.

Die Lage des Hotels ist schön zentral.

Der Empfang beim Check-in war unfreundlch,das Personal die ganze Zeit über uninteressiert und abweisend. Niemand gab sich Mühe, uns zu verstehen, oder sich uns verständlich zu machen., obwohl deutlich war, daß wir keine Muttersprachler sind.

Habitación amplia y confortable. Buena vista en el salón del desayuno.

Que no tiene cochera, ni acuerdo con ninguna del barrio.

Un edificio antiguo del tradicional hotel Cervantes total mente reciclado con muy buen gusto.

Detalles de terminación faltantes y un ambiente algo frío.

L'albergo è nuovo e grande è il confort con degli arredi molto belli

Ho prenotato N.2 suite ma al momento della consegna della chiave elettronica ci siamo ritrovati con due camere normalissime e solo dopo la ns lamentela abbiamo ricevuto quanto richiesto nella prenotazione effettuata tramite booking e una delle due stanze , N.504,non corrispondeva propriamente ad una suite.

Todo ha sido excelente, la pileta es hermosa, el servicio es excelente la ubicacion impecable

Simpátia e profissionalismo dos funcionários, no atendimento aos hospedes.

Poderia ter um funcionário na entrada do hotel, para levar as bagagens até os quartos.

Hotel muito bom, confortável, bom café da manhã. Viajamos em abril, pegamos bons preços tbem.

Os funcionários precisam ser treinados para melhor informar sobre locais próximos, restaurantes, agencia de passeios, etc. Local deserto de noite, ficamos preocupados em sair. Isso tbem nao nos foi avisado.

Não há o que não tenha gostado.

Hotel bem localizado, no centro da cidade.

O hotel atende bem as espectativas. O pessoal da recepção foi sempre atencioso.

Estava hospedado em um quarto no primeiro andar e a internet não funcionou. O frigobar estava quebrado, pedi no primeiro dia para consertar, passei tres dias no hotel e ninguem veio conserta-lo.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, uma rua da plaza independencia, que divide a cidade velha da nova. O hotel é bem limpo. A piscina é simplesmente FANTÁSTICA.

A piscina coberta fica no térreo e não há um elevador de serviço. Então passei de roupa de banho/ saída de praia molhados pelo hall. O café da manhã é bom, mas é sempre o mesmo.

Atendimento, bom café da manhã, limpeza, ambientes agradáveis e bem decorados, bem frequentado.

Vizinhança. Como está localizado no centro, há casas noturnas próximas do hotel. Não recomendo caminhar sozinho à noite.

que no cuenta con estacionamiento para autos y que la bañera del dormitorio no fuera yacuzi, hubiera pagado un poco mas para poder disfrutar de este articulo.

Estuvo todo muy bien

Llegué al hotel y mi reservas (2) no existian. Dado que llevaba el comprobante me respetaron el precio para la primera reserva. Solicité que en forma inmediata me agendaran la segunda reserva, al preguntar mientras hacia el check out por la reserva que tenia para 2 días más me entero que tampoco la había realizado siendo que lo solicité expresamente
