We enjoyed our brief stay in this lively small city on the Argentine border. In fact it's closer to Buenos Aires than it is to Montevideo. Useful shops, Cambios giving good rates of exchange and a few good local restaurants on the main street. Worth a visit.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet although it's in the centre of the town. Some interesting sights are only a few blocks away from the hotel. The breakfast was good and offered lots of delicious things, especially the orange cake. Buses run frequently to the spas nearby.
