The hotel staff was great and they spoke english, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I had problems getting connected to the WIFI and there staff member reacted quickly and resolve the problem. Plus all the great cafes were close by for walking along with the main mall was only a 15 minute walk.

The main dinning area is located right next to the main reception area other than that the buffet breakfast was good. There was no hot water kettle or coffee in the rooms along with glasses to drink out of. I asked for a glass and had to sign for it.

All the staff were very polite and helpful. Large rooms very well equipped.

The room carpet was very dirty with lots of stains.

Large room and bathroom with great aircon. Huge comfy bed and although the location is away from the old town there are lots of really good restaurants within walking distance and the buses are frequent. Close to two beaches and shopping centres. Would definitely stay there again if we ever went back to Montevideo.

Breakfast was adequate but could have had more choice and the "juice" was disgusting but there was a lot of fresh fruit to compensate.

The service was great, the staff very attentive. Nice jacuzzi at the top of the building and rooms lovely and spacious.

The room was large & comfortable. For a newer hotel, the room carpet was stained & dirty. Shower delightful. Breakfast was a nice selection of "goodies". Did not eat the hot items, like eggs and bacon. They did not look appetizing. Loved the location.......bus to Ciudad Vieja close by.......and short walk to Punta Carretas Shopping Center. Front desk helpful in calling cabs.

The lobby/restaurant area was freezing. Asked for bath towels and twice they did not arrive in a timely manner. Drinking glasses are not provided....you have to ask for them. Front desk did not tell you that it was necessary to sign in each day for e-mail. That was a waste of our time......until we found this out.

I didn't like the pillows, tought they were uncomfortable and my friend agreed too... the gym facility should be upgraded with better weight machine than the one up there ,that is for sure!

The staff was helpful and friendly. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance and it is walking distance to the water.

The gym has a great view but it'd be nice if it had some free weights.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, rooms were excellent and the location was ideal: close to some excellent local restaurants and the beach and a short, cheap taxi ride to the old town.

The hotel was new and fantastic. The staff were super friendly and accomodating and unlike many other hotels, the wifi service was actually available in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable, clean and the room was quiet. The facilities were also pretty good for this new hotel. This new hotel has also considered every last detail. We asked for restaurant recommendations and the hotel staff were equipped with a printed list of restaurants for us to take away. Shows that they have considered all of the small details.

There isn't really too much to criticise but we had a malfunctional safe which beeped the whole night and didn't re-open. Fortunately the very helpful staff were able to open the safe with a master key, which required two sign offs to obtain, so security was no issue.

Worth its money!

I am traveling with my eldest daughter so we booked a twin ensute for our first night in Uruguay and we could not have wished for a better hotel, at an excellent price. The staff were attentive, the room was large, clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities included a gym with amazing views of the city and coastline. Breakfast was plentiful, excellent and included scrambled egg and fresh cakes and pastries.

Evrything was perfect, I really do not have something to complain. The best hotel I've been not only in South America but also i Europe. The guys working in the reception are great. They are always willing to help. Bed: never slept in so comfortable bed.

As I said nothing to complain.

very professional staff who can speak english and also French, it is a plus when you arrived from Brazil (there 5stars staff hotel did not speak a second language) the room are very good and the area is very nice!
