“ Good central location close to the plaza independencia. Wifi was good once you logged in. Room was well appointed with great bed and a big plasma TV. Breakfast was also very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, we got an upgrade and a slightly later checkout free of charge. ”

breakfast was brilliant. staff were super helpful. i thought it was a bit too expensive for what it was. Also, the view from the room window was another building, 20 metres away. not good really.

The breakfast was nice with bread, ham, cheese, fruits, coffee,juice,yogurt juice. The room was big, clean, there's a refrigerator in the room. The elevator was a old type, having to slide the door every time you use it.

Internet and cable in the room were good quality. Air con very useful in the MVD summer. Breakfast was poor. Watery juices, watery yoghurt, no variety. Maid service was inconsistent.

Staff extremely kind and some of them spoke perfect English. Good breakfast buffet. Terminal to almost all bus lines; very convenient. I booked a small room for one personn but t was so small you could hardly walk in the bathroom because th sink was in the way.

Hotel in center, but quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Porters have English and one has some Deutsch. Standard rooms are small (3.5 x 3.5 meter) but neat and very clean. Beds new and comfortable. Plasma TV w/ large screen. Small refrigerator in room. Good breakfast buffet. Free wifi everywhere in hotel. Harbour view from large roof terrace, where there also is a nice lounge.

Hotel econômico, bem localizado, quartos limpos. O café da manhã estava delicioso. Recomendo!!! Não tinha campainha... precisei ligar para o telefone do hotel para que o atendente viesse abrir a porta para nós.

Mala higiene Cañerías rotas Alarma de incendio rota (suena sin razón aparente, por lo cual en caso de peligro verdadero no tendría credibilidad) Mal sistema de reserva (no tenían disponible la habitación que reservamos y nos dieron una de inferior calidad y aparentemente usada (las sábanas estaban sucias) Muy mala atencion

El trato del personal es muy bueno, siempre con buena voluntad para resolver algún problema que se presente, la ubicación es muy buena, al punto que te permite llegar hasta la puerta(literalmente) en omnibus desde el aeropuerto, y otros puntos de la ciudad. El barrio es tranquilo, a tres pasos de 18 y ciudad vieja, con buenos restoranes cerca. Habitaciones cómodas. La deficiencia de INSONORIZACIÓN, de las habitaciones que dan a la calle. Lo que fue solucionado trasladándonos de habitación.

Nunca hubo internet. La limpieza no fue la mejor. El trato del personal fue displicente y no solucionaban nada. El desayuno ofrecido siempre fue una fotocopia perpetua.

Buena ubicaciòn en el centro,una vista maravillosa de la ciudad y su puerto del solarium al tope del hotel. Bueno desayuno y buena limpieza. El chico de la recepciòn que trato de cargarme 13 U.S.$(240 pesos UR) màs cuando decidì de pagarle en efectivo en lugar de tarjeta de credito. Me dì cuenta del error 30 minutos despues y regrese a la recepciòn para notificarlo. El lo realizo y me respondio....disculpe... que era la calculadora de su computadora qui hizo un error.... de calculo!!! Allo??? Una calculadora no hace errores. Tentativa de engaño un turista es la mejor respuesta. Jean Luc de Canada

O hotel esta em ótimas condições! Tudo novo e reformado! Arejado e tudo funcionando perfeitamente! Os atendentes Santiago e Marcelo são maravilhosos! Sempre simpáticos e solícitos, nos ajudaram em tudo! Adorei!! Quartos um pouco pequenos assim como o box dos banheiros.
