“ Our staying at this hotel was great. The staff was incredibly helpful!! We had a big problem to withdraw some money and the last day when we had to pay the hotel we were without a dollar! Location is fine. It's about 10 min to get Registan by walk. Rooms are very basic and badly decorated. Shower doesn't work promptly. Mattresses are very tough. Overpriced!

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my parents and it was unexpectedly clean and neat. The location was not far from Bibihanym mosque and Siob bazaar(about 10-15 minutes on foot). I don't know why but they always lock the main gate so when you first arrive there, don't be surprised, just ring the door bell then the staff will open the gate. It was much cheaper to book this hotel on this website than to pay the bill in Uzbek So'm without a reservation. Breakfast was not a buffet but it was served with pancake, non, fruits, jam, etc.. The shower booth was too small and somewhat uncomfortable. Also, we were on the 1st floor and it was so close to local residents that they can see us though a window..

Great central location only few minutes walk from the main sites. Fine views from the roof terrace across the city to mountains beyond. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff.

Hotel in guter Lage mit kleinen Außenbereich. Generell sauber. Immer schönes Wetter. Für das Land übliche Frühstück ist nichts für Europäer Ausstattung sehr einfach und für europäische Verhältnisse alt. Samarkand hat nicht das gegeben, was erwartet wurde. Die historischen Gebäude und Komplexe wurden mehr oder weniger repariert, zu wenige informative historische Ausstellungen, sind mit Souvenirläden voll gestopft und man verlangt den unverständlichen 8-10 fachen Eintrittspreis für Touristen. Der Schein der schönen Fotos in Prospekten trügt.

Ничего, кроме уютного дворика внутри. В этой гостинице мы не смогли остаться даже на ночь, хотя мы бронировали именно её. Не рекомендуем эту гостиницу даже для одной ночёвки. Кровати маленькие и ооочень жёсткие. Ужасный маленький "совковый" туалет. Мебель старая. Чувствуешь себя как в студенческом общежитии. Wi-Fi работал только на рецепшен.

Le monsieur de l'hôtel absolument exceptionnel, très serviable et prêt à rendre service. Il nous a organisé plein de transferts et connait de bonnes adresses et de des sites stratégiques (bornes de retrait d'argent, poste, cyber café...) La situation assez proche du centre et de tous les sites touristiques (registan, bibi khanoun, bazar... sont à quelques minutes à pied) Le charme de l'hôtel : le hall est magnifique, c'est calme, il y a une petite cour pour se relaxer et boire un verre. Le petit déjeuner excellent. Il y a de l'eau chaude à toute heure. Le fait que l'hôtel rempli de groupes nous a été refusé malgré une réservation en bon et dû forme. Une solution de remplacement a été trouvée puisque nous avons été relogés dans un hôtel à 80m avec des prestations un peu supérieurs. Nous sommes revenus ensuite au caravan serail pour les 2 dernières nuits. La propreté de la chambre est un peu limite (poussière, moutons...) la robinetterie est passable mais la salle de bain bien qu'un peu défraichie est relativement propre.

Il personale è veramente affabile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima, l'albergo è veramente carino, naturalmente tenendo conto degli standards dei luoghi. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta dell'albergo sono i bagni, piccoli e vetusti.

один из недорогих отелей в городе, бронь на который можно осуществить через интернет (вообще, в городе более 100 отелей). очень порадовал персонал, хороший сервис. на крыше есть веранда, внизу дастархан. отличный зеленый чай. недалеко пешком до рынка, мечети биби ханум. слабый завтрак. очень шумно работает насос, может мешать спать. на втором этаже идущий дождь так сильно бил в крышу, как будто кто-то молотком забивал гвозди. не все службы такси знают, где этот отель.

Доброжелательный персонал, вкусные завтраки В номере было холодно, оплата за номер - только наличными и по неофициальному курсу сума к доллару - курса на "черном рынке"

The toiet doesn't flush.The light doesn't work.There's no cold water. The shower is too hot,so I coudn't take it. I asked the hotel to pick me up from Samarkand station,the charge is unusually high 40000 som.

Very clean; staff very polite and helpful; basic but good breakfast; location ideal for all the old city sights - walking distance to most of the key ones; even has a bazaar close by for a look into everyday life of the people.. No fan/cooling in lobby; some more food options.

The staff were very friendly Booking.com stated there was free Internet. There was not, and the Internet you had to purchase did not work (on my iPhone). I was put in a room right near the common area and it was really quite noisy at night time when other travelers were gathering and drinking and laughing and all I wanted to do was sleep.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly. The location is an advantage. The breakfast was tasty. There was no Wi-Fi even if mentioned in the offer. The hotel is a rather new place and maybe this is why there is nothing special about the general impression and atmosphere. Still it was ok.
