I do not want to answer.
Marvelous staff, Magnificent facilities, reMarkable breakfast, Magnific location. The place is worth staying at, it will help you to enjoy the city and have a rest. It will give you energy for work.
Central location very good. Room not that large but well appointed. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Half board meal was excellent and good value. Very good breakfast. Nice looking outdoor pool.
Bar and minibar prices ridiculously high. A lady sells bottles of water for 1000 som just up the road before the metro station.
Good location, very close to the metro station, rooms and restaurant are fine.
The service level can be improved (wake up call was too late, wrong registration card provided upon check out, had to ask for clean cups at breakfast, etc.)
Good location, Friendly stuff
Great location near the center of town, but also on a main intersection so it was easy to hail a cab in any direction. Plush and luxurious with great amenities.
Breakfast was OK
Rooms where a bit out-dated, hotel clearly requires some investment in refurbishing rooms.
Excellent location for me as I was on business, but might be very slightly out from centre for tourism if on foot. Breakfast is good, if a bit basic, but they do cater for western tastes with cereal, toast and will also do eggs if you ask but it is not made obvious - I asked after seeing one go past on a plate. Also, stick to the juices on display- I asked for an OJ and it cost me an additional $14! Rooms are clean and comfortable with aircon, and plenty of hot and cold water, and there is also a useful business facility with photocopier and internet access. There is also a bar and restaurant which does some pretty good (if a bit over priced) food and drink. This is open all day for tea, coffee and other refreshments, which makes it a comfortable area for informal meetings
Payment is in local currency so credit card transactions are always converted to US dollars and then to own currency (in my case sterling), so even if you have US dollar cash they will not accept it. Thus is the law for all hotels in Uzbekistan, so not really a dislike for this hotel alone - just raised as a word of warning
The breakfast and service are excellent.
There was no heating in early April.
Good location and staff was very friendly
Breakfast was a bit limited. No bacon for fried eggs available nor any type of ham served on breakfast buffet. Glass of fresh orange juice for 10 Euro.
We enjoyed the comfort of the hotel. The bedrooms were all very clean and well maintained. We used the lobby for coffees. We used the the bar and restaurant everynight. The reception staff all spoke excellent English and were very polite and helpful, as were all the bar and restaurant staff. I only had one complaint and I was told it would be dealt with by the staff on reception.
The man on reception in the swimming poolon our last day was very rude and disrespectful to me and my family. He tried to tell me that you can not talk in the swimming pool and he would have me removed by security if I spoke again. As we had a young girl of eight years of age who was excited and wanted to play with her family that was impossible. I was told the pool was for relaxation and quiet. I told him I was a paying guest and he should not be so rude and disrespectful and he retorted he did not care if I was a paying guest or not. This young man has put me returning to the hotel again. If he is not spoken to he will cost the hotel a lot of money as guests will not return to be insulted.Wether they be Uzbekistan or UK guests. He was the only bad thing about the whole hotel.
cleanliness, center of the city, staffs are good and cooperative ,always ready to help
Sometimes internet not working ,disconnecting but was able to fix with help of technician
The gym was a nice touch, but like everything else needed the proper maintenance. I did feel safe. The breakfast was good, and the overall atmosphere was nice.
Everything was way over priced. I understand that you pay a premium for the convenience, but $7 dollars for a 16oz coke, $15 dollars for a beer. I've paid less in downtown New York and remember this is Uzbekistan where the same items are 50 cents and 2 dollars across the street. We adopted a child and needed a crib which we asked for in advance. When we brought the child from the orphanage there was a single bed jammed into the room making it difficult to move. We asked again for the crib and it never showed up. We ended up using the sofa, minus the cushions, as an improvised baby bed.
Excellent location. Friendly and professional staffs.
For a four-star hotel, it was just average in terms of facilities, cleanliness, and comfort, but I have to say the price was good.
Quality of service, cleaness.
Room needed some small repairs.
The general location
The regestraion process as we have to report our location and resistance which I know that is not the hotel issue but hope u could pass my message to the right person
The best hotel in Tashkent
After 10 days around Uzb this hotel was 3 steps up in comfort and value for money taking into consideration we paid only 100 usd a night (for a superior double). Excellent location, friendly staff.
