Staff were friendly and helpful. Transfer from the airport is free. Price was very reasonable. Room also had a kettle and free green tea.

Location is very out of the way but we had to make two trips to and from the airport at very early/late hours so we chose to stay at the Hayot which is very close to the airport. Car to downtown or train station takes about 15 - 20 minutes which is fine. The breakfast was not good especially compared to the homecooked offerings at guesthouses elsewhere in Uzbekistan.

The hotel is far removed from city centre. The local taxi drivers are taken 3-4 the realised prices for passing.

Excellent after arriving in the middle of the night from the airport. Clean, welcoming, and easy to check in.

Nicely presented, free upgrade to a deluxe room, free pick up at the airport, easy and efficient check in at 4 am in the morning. We liked the breakfast, there were eggs, toast, sausages, samsa, fruit, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet things, etc. A perfect hotel when arriving/leaving and need a hotel not far from the airport.

A weak wifi signal on 2nd evening, had to go to reception area where the signal was strong. Comment from previous traveller about a room over the restaurant was experienced in live by us. There was a wedding party, and the music was heard, however to be fair after 23.00 it was peaceful. Need to get a taxi to go to the city, but then again it costs only about 2 usd to get to city center (5 000 sum) - 5-10 min drive.

The hotel provides great value for money. The staff was very attentive. A bit out of the way.

I just stayed one night to transit next city, but staffs are so kind and room is so clean. I think many hotels in tashkent are more high price than this hotel, but it is definitely best price in this city. Free shuttle service from airport is so convinience! if need, send email to that hotel.

Clean comfortable big rooms, comfortable bed, friendly helpful personnel, pretty fast Wi-Fi with a strong signal (the thing not easily available in Tashkent). It takes 20 minutes to get to the center of the city with a taxi but cabs are easily available and cost about $3. Breakfast became better - small selection of cheeses and vegetables is now available in addition to traditional food.

Food at the hotel's restaurant is a bit heavy to my taste and there is no alternative available in the neighbourhood.

We were living in a wonderful room with all the facilities. Very comfortables staying and softly service. Perfect pick up from the airport (besides, the driver had to wait for us about 2 hours because of the flight delay) and hospitable early check-in. Comfortable bed and heat-insulated floor doubled our pleasure of staying. Good breakfast.

The menu of the restaurant is rather limited. Solyanka (soup in the menu) was unsavoury.

Excellent, polite, English speaking & honest staff. Extremely helpful Manager, who provided us with services of an English speaking guide-cum- cab driver, which made our two day stay in Tashkent a memorable, happy & in the end cost -effective. We were family of 4 who wished to see whole of the city in two days, & this service saved us on usual tourist excesses & was inclusive of travel costs, more importantly it saved us on un-neccary time wastage, & with insider tips on shopping/ food & interpreter services improved our quality of trip. Another saving was on airport transfer, which we found quite useful. Hotel staff found our misplaced ipad & accommodated our family for a few hours in a room( after check-out) on no extra cost when our flight was @ night. All of these made our stay & tourism a very comfortable, considering we had two small children & no ability with any local language/ cultural sensitivities.

If I have to be extremely picky, location may only be a flaw-; however it is easily insurmountable & also is a bit offset by reduction in travel time to airport, particularly if trip is short.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Hayot hotel. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were extremely clean and the location was sufficient for our needs. I would recommend this hotel to others and also stay again.

The beds are extremley uncomfortable. Do not stay above the main restaurant during weddings! (2nd floor) the music and guests are very loud.

The hotel is near the airport but not near the center . You have to take taxi to reach the nearest metro station , about 7 km far. The room was great and clean but we had a suite ..

I would have liked the room cleaned every day.

Sa proximité de l'aéroport, son système de navette gratuite, son buffet petit déjeuner.

Bien que la chambre soit équipée d'un mini bar, celui ci est fermé à clé à l'arrivée; les français doivent être avoir la réputation de mauvais payeur ou de voleur car il a été impossible d'obtenir la mise à disposition de cet équipement.

Местоположение. Запах курева.

Очень приветливый персонал, близко к аэропорту, все чистенько, уровень очень приличный для средней азии. Были в двумя детьми в номере с тремя полуторными кроватями, очень комфортно разместились.

Странный немного трансфер - Матиз с газовым баллоном с "багажнике". Несказанно удивились чемоданам, хотя встречали в аэропорту. Но это бесплатный трансфер. Но такси дешевое, так что можно доехать самим.

なかなか英語の通じない国ながら、スタッフのみなさんも英語が可。細々としたお願いにもきっちり対応しても- らえました。空港にも近く、到着/出発日には便利でした。

空港からは近いものの、タシケント市内中心部からは少し離れていることが短所です。
