Friendly staff, clean room, quiet location, strong wifi signal in reception area (strong enough to upload fotos to fb), good breakfast (traditional pancakes, jams, nuts, bread, butter, cheese, kolbasa, plus they cooked eggs as guests came in, so eggs were nice and fresh, plenty of tea and coffee, cherry juice, etc), We stayed 4 days so got a free transfer from and to train station. Good experience, will stay again! No wardrobe in our room, bed side lights could only be turned off by getting out of bed.

This hotel is disgusting, when I arrived within the three day visa allowance they refused me access, the guys were very rude and completely ignored me and did not help at all, he then proceeded to play solitare on his pc whilst leaving me on the street. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the guy was looking for money for his own pocket to allow me to stay. Very dishonest.The hotel from outside the courtyard had a very dirty fountain,rubbish lying around not clean at all.

The hotel is locted in quiete place, but in near reach to the main sights of Samarkand. He rooms are clean and well equiped, the staff is friendly. A delicious uzbek style breakfast had been offered. We enjoyed our stay in the IDAEL hotel.

The Hotel is located in a quiet place but not far from Samarkands famous sights. The rooms are clean and cosy, the staff is friendly. They serve a delicious uzbek breakfast. We enjoyed our stay in the ideal hotel.

The owner and family members running the Hotel is doing an excellent job, very helpful. It is close to so many different restaurants and places. The breakfast was great! It will help if they invest in double beds. 2 single beds put together is not so comfortable.

We are stayed in ideal at 1 night. This is our first visit to samarkand, but were pleasantly surprised that the samarkand hotels excellent class with excellent service ... it is actually in a very convenient location- no far to all the historical places of the city, literally: in the evening we were at an party in outside of city. The administrator for us called a taxi to the hotel. Late at night, we ordered 3 times!! Tea room- all was unquestioningly))) breakfast very tasty. Room clean and warm (in early november in samarkand cold enough), bathroom clean too,hot water, towels-nice, scented. Thank you staff for responsiveness and hospitality!

I am really pleased with the excellent service and the warm family hospitality. Owner and young staffs are very kind and are ready to give advice and help. When my family got sick, they came to a local pharmacy with me and helped to get proper medicine. They also prepared nice convalescent diet for us. A well equipped room was very clean and comfortable. Chai-Hana place in the courtyard was our favorite. At this quiet residential place just behind the main street, we were able to feel real life in Samarkand.

Manager was very friendly and accommodating. My room was palatial 2 rooms and 4 beds for 1 person. Lack of restaurant and mediocre breakfast

Newly renovated hotel, everything looks fresh! WIFI is a bit weak, but can still manage to work online. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is some construction going on in the hotel for the renovation which makes the corridors and the lobby very dusty. However, it will be great when all is done. Breakfast not hyginic at all, since food is already on the table before you enter the restaurant; with the flies and the construction in the hotel around, you would wonder how long it has been there standing for you to eat.

The best thing about this hotel is the personel. They speak english, are willing to help the guests and have vast knowledge. The hotel is quite well situated, 10 min from the monuments mostly through a park. The street is not noisy. There was a temporary problem with wi-fi. I cannot say it s a negative since it was temprary...

Traditional style. Relaxing neighborhood, small and nice hotel, Uzbek breakfast good, large room, English spoken, wifi free, I will stay if next time Only one power outlet inside the room. Need to call front desk to get a multi contact outlet. Shampoo is not the best.

1. расположен удобно, до основных достопримечательностей всего 5-7 минут на такси, а такси стоит от 4000 до 7000 сум. 2. Завтрак на досторханах порадовал формой, но не разнообразием. 3.Очень отзывчивый управляющий.... На нем все держится!!! 4. В целом отель хорош, но с нюансами.... 1.кроме управляющего никто не говорит по-русски... на англ. и франц. тоже не отзывались(( т.е. уборщица не могла понять, что мне нужно 2-ое чистое полотенце:)) 2. Почему-то не досушивают полотенца и от них пахнет сыростью.... 3. Вешалки:))) их нужно много....

Stuff is very friendly and gives worth prompts regarding the city. You can ask them to resolve any problems you have. Персонал очень приветлив, дает ценные советы и помогает решать всевозможные вопросы. Towels must be renewed. Полотенца надо обновить.

Personal hat auf Wuensche promt reagiert ( ausgenommen Fruehstuck ) und war sehr hilfsbereit - Hotelbeschreibung tlw. falsch. keine Terasse , Fussweg zum Registan 25 min - Service beim Fruehstueck. Personal versteht weder deutsch/englisch noch russisch und es ist muehsam das zu bekommen was man moechte und das mit langen Wartezeiten - Kinderarbeit

Отель понравился!Аккуратно все.Отель то ли новый то ли,после качественного ремонта.Вообщем,все было хорошо.Отзычивый персонал и управляющий.Общая оценка 4+ Завтрак был скудноват.И в моем номере почему-то не убирались.Но,я собственно говоря и не сорил!

современный и новый отель, с красивыми номерами, недалеко от исторического центра города, пешком минут 10 по красивому и зеленому бульвару( поездка с 28.04 по 02.05). у нас был выезд в 12 ночи и администрация отеля приняла оплату как за 0,5 суток, приятно.бесплатный трансфер, хороший завтрак, позднее останавливались в 4 х звездочном отеле и скучали по идеалу. все супер! вечером пару раз за 4 дня выключали свет на пару часов, но это было на всей улице где расположен отель.
