Tengo mas de 20 años, haciendo uso de estas instalaciones,soy de ciudad bolivar, y al menos una vez al año debo visitar a mis familiares mas cercanos, y durante mi estadia utilizo sus instalaciones. esto puede reflejar mejor que nada mi opinion Se que estan haciendo un esfuerzo en remodelacion y actualizacion de los servicios basicos, que en un tiempo pasado se habian deteriorado
