Just about everything -- the staff is wonderful, the accommodations are surprisingly delightful -- complimentary coffee/juice/raisin bread continental is a great start to the day ..... the room staff did a wonderful job every day The location is wonderful for seeing the island - close to "town," close to either ferry -- and the trip to Jost Van Dyke is something that NO ONE should miss, say hi at the Soggy Dollar Bar Our stay included a complimentary trip for water play at the Caves on Norman Island ..... and lunch/drinks at Willie T's -- ask to include that in YOUR stay as well! We also enjoyed a complimentary supper at the Fort ..... ask what you need to do for that luxury as well!

The beach is rocky after a few steps, then better beyond -- it's more a little-kids play-in-the-sand beach or a sit/lie and relax/enjoy the view and the sounds -- works great for water sports which are on the surface

Location right on the water. Clean and well kept rooms. Nice English decore, very homey

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself was so natural and rustic like it belonged there. It was one with nature. A very nice secluded getaway with the ocean just yards away. I loved the plants and trees and birds. It was just lovely all around

Just the mosquitoes were a bother but it is like that on the entire island, so you just spray up and get used to it. Lots of bug spray, sunscreen and showers!

Great help from the owner, Doug, and fantastic beach-front location, looking across to the lights of St. John every night with the Southern Cross up in the sky to the south and the Big Dipper to the North. The kids jumped off the dock and swam all day. Played on the beach, hunted for sea glass, etc. Great time!

It's a little remote from other restaurants, so you basically have to rent a car if you want to see other parts of the island. There's no value in the Tortola taxi service.

It was nice to be on the beach. And it was good to find a spot that could accomodate our large family in one unit.

I would like a healthy breakfast. A toast buffet doesn't cut it.

The staff is very kind. The grounds and room were clean. Helpful when we had issues. View of beach and water.

Management was very disorganized. I thought it was very overpriced but most of the island is too. We had hot water issues.

Beach location and staff were great. Kitchen in unit is great, although need to rent a car to get to full grocery and other stores and restaurants (other than a nearby small convenience store)

On site restaurant is okay, but a bit pricy for quite ordinary meals. Other restaurants within a fairly short drive are excellent though, so that offsets this.

Quaint atmosphere with excellent view. Island architecture and feel. Cable and wifi ready. Great banana pancakes. Beach area small but nice. Staff made efforts above and beyond to make our one night stay great!

Coffee available in the room or available earlier in the morning!
