Location and rooms

Mass confusion with billing. They credited my visa card for $300 more than I spent. My credit card company is working with them. Pool and bar/restaurant area at Carib location needs updating.

The view. Short walk to Airport terminal. If the bags had proper wheels, no taxi is necessary.

The room was verey nice and there is a nice quiet swimming pool and beach. Good location.

I went to check in at 4 and my room wasn't ready yet but when we asked for late check out they wouldn't give it to us. We where out for 5 hours during the day with the sign up saying please clean my room it was never cleaned and we where never given a discount. One lady behind the bar was useless but there was also a man who filled in who was great.

The young lady who checked me in on the first night was pleasant enough but not overly helpful. But the young lady who was working the desk on the morning shift (March 16) was fabulous. My baggage was late, so I needed to call over to the bvi to let them know I'd be missing the ferry while I waited at the airport for it to arrive on the next flight - the hotel phones wouldn't work to make the call so she let me use her personal mobile phone (I did compensate her). I thought this was above and beyond for good service. Also, the ladies working in the restaurant at breakfast were lovely. I also liked the computer and internet availability (since the hotel phones didn't work)

When booking several months ago I had requested a room above the main floor (for safety reasons) but got a main floor room. I also got a room that faced the parking lot, and after coming in on a later flight I was awakened very early by all the doors slamming and folks yelling to each other in the parking lot. Also, I couldn't get the hot water to work and the lady at the desk told me the trick to get it to work (after I commented on it), but I didn't appreciate that it was a known fact that the shower in this room didn't work (122) - and no one would have bothered to tell me had I not asked. I also didn't like that the phones didn't work - I couldn't call BVI or home to Canada to let them know I had arrived safely.

This place is not 3 stars. I was swindled. I thought I reserved at their "sister property" across the bay. This place is not worth $189 a night. I got my own condo in frenchman bay for $99 the next night.

NOTHING, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

RUDE, unfriendly staff No electricity for over 2 hours in the morning when trying to prepare for the day FILTHY, mold growing in the bathroom, shower was so moldy I was afraid to step into I was afraid to leave my suitcase open and on the floor

No breakfast included in the rate. No information about breakfast hours, so we missed it after 9.15am.

Firstly I loved the ocean view from the room and porch. The closeness to the airport without too much plane noise made it really convenient. I liked being near downtown but not in the hub bub of it. The taxi and shuttle worked well. Simple planning and a call to the front desk and one was on. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful.

We were there for a week. For the first three days the face basin drain was clogged. The restaurant posted a prize for great mexican food. I was not impressed. My buddy got food poisoning one night. I enjoyed the snorkeling. Both myself and my buddy got cuts under our feet from sharp rocks in the water. I later realised the beach was man made. They can put more refined sand. The gym could've been on the compound. There is a fine line between 'didn't like' & complaint.

Wir haben das Best Western Carib Beach Resort gewählt da es nicht mal 5 Minuten vom Flughafen lag und als Ausgangspunkt für unseren Segeltörn ideal war. Sehr sauber, Sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Restaurant hat eine kleine Auswahl an Speisen auf der Speisekarte, aber auch die gibt es nicht Alle. Frühstücksbüfett wird angepriesen, gibt es dann aber auch nicht. Sehr hohe Preise für leider sehr mittelmäßiges Essen. Sehr laut, da den ganzen Tag und bis spät in die Nacht Flugzeuge starten und landen. Nicht geeignet für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub, einen wirklichen Strand gibt es auch nicht. Der Pool ist ein Kinderplantschbecken.

It was right at the airport.

The cab driver charged us $4/ person and $2/bag and the hotel was basically across the parking lot! The restaurant service was terrible! Take the best western free shuttle over to their sister hotel across the bay. Food and service there is excellent.

The hotel was decent for the price

The location was not that great. Reading the add we were under the impression there was a beach and there wasn't. We had to go to another resort to go to the beach.

We had asked for a king and if not a room with 2 beds We got the small queen room at the end of the hall Whwn checking out there were 2 restaurant charges I challenged it as 136 dollars was not mine when restaurant tag was reviewed they reversed the 136 charge front desk clerk not apologetic for room size or error on our bill

Front desk people were minimally professional-perhaps just a bit too laid back. It was as if they could care less that we were there.

Restaurant was a nightmare. Ignored totally by bartender, when I tried to speak with her she was very rude. Next day I tried to get breakfast, missed it by ten minutes, said I am diabetic and needed food and got only a blank stare followed by shoulder shrugging. Not even the offer of a piece of toast.

Dårlig frokost. Skittent i bar/restaurant. Klær til severingspersonale skittent og flekkete. Alt stengt mellom 11-15.Kun automater til mineralvann/snacks. Nattbordlamper håpløse, måtte ut av sengen for å skru på!

Close to the airport. Rooms were ok for a night, but not for an extended stay. It looks like they have put some effort into the rooms, but they still need work

Exterior needs "lots of work" everywhere !!! Balconies need work, railings are falling apart This could be a nice place to stay.

According to the website - beach access - HA HA HA - It takes you to their "sister" hotel whenever they feel like it.
