Jason @ Life's a breeze restaurant rocks!!!!!
The cleaning staff makes too much noise too early in the am. .it interrupts your sleep. .but other than that it was great. ..
Location is good. Staff was pleasant.
Hotel did not have my booking.com reservation or confirmation. Luggage assistance was poor. Had to carry own bags up and down several flights of stairs. Bag handler was small woman who couldn't handle large suitcases.
i like everything but the staff in the restaurant at top of steps over looking the pool service was horrible made me wanna catch a cab to another resort or restaurant to eat just to avoid waitresses smart mouth an customer neglect
again waitress in bar at top of steps was the worst ever she most likely made the resort loose money the waiter dont speak any english dont understand his purpose as a waiter food was great but over prices
The location was excellent. The view wonderful.
The view, the restaurants and the staff.
Lack of elevators.
Very peaceful and comfortable, great location in relationship to getting to town and shopping. Easy to get to near by beautiful beaches. Great value for the money and all of the restaruants on the resort were excellent and reasonable.
Location, price, bars and restaurants on site.
Roosters crowing very early in the morning - like 4am.
The location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown (Main Street) nice view from the room (ocean view)
The only thing I didn't like about it is that after taking a shower, the water in the tub didn't drain fast.
the views and restaurants. great rooms with views and kitchen
I luv the view, the employees, n the area.
The parking is not good.
Three restaurants on-site; very nice view
steep hill to the hotel; room wasn't well maintained (they fixed everything during my stay, after I notified them about the problems)
Location was great! The staff was very cooperative. The restaurants were great! Would definitely recommend to friends and would definitely go back!
Rooms could have been cleaner
Location and view
Not within walking distance to anything
View from room food entertainment
Upon leaving after pulling back the sheets I noticed mold stains which turned my opinion of the place from good to bad... I usually check the beds but I felt so comfortable with everything else I over looked them.... My only advice check the bedding and bring bug spray !!!!!!!! I left with golf size bites from the mosquitoes ... Check the bedding ... Also the roosters are so unrulely they cock a do da dooed alllll night long... I guess I could also suggest ear plugs ... Other than that we loved the beautiful island
This is a run down failed timeshare that does not even service the rooms daily. My room looked out on a shell of a building that had mold all over it. Want coffee in your room? No luck. Late check out, sure at 75.00 an hour fee. Very run down.
The location and the pool/bar area.
The brown water coming out of the faucets. Having to drag my luggage three levels down and the room smelled very musty. The microwave had something splattered over the front. The linens were very tired and should be retired.
View, large rooms, pool
Reception staff were angry people
The location of this hotel was great with a nice view of the harbor. The hotel is a time sharing property. The room is cleaned once a week. There are microwave and refrigerator in the room. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes drive. So I could bought some food and eat in the room.
The sheets and pillow covers are a little yellow. It's said because of the water.
Nice hotel with a really good view. All the rooms are big and clean. The location is perfect...better if you have a car or a scooter, you need it in the island. You can also walk to the bars and the restaurants but will be a little bit hard when you came back.
The wifi must be free
Our view, the pool, the staff at the pool bar, Room with a View- all amazing. Staff at check in was very welcoming.
The main hostess at BTG was overwhelmed and shared it with customers. Roosters....
The staff had a friendly attitude. They were awesome to me from beginning to end. The view was amazing. The on sight restaurant room with a view was awesome especially happy hour.
The timiliness of very few staff people on getting necessities but you are in the Caribbean. The location made taxis necessary. Cabs prices are not reliable and cab drivers are shady. They only want to take you certain places. Some of the appliances were outdated and they need to invest into buying new towels. The old ones have had it. One of the restaurants was pricey and the value of the food lacked for the price. It was not room with a view. That was awesome.
Again stayed here for one night on the way back from bvi before flying home to uk. Got another very warm and friendly welcome from the front desk. Room was lovely and clean and spacious. We ate in The Room With a View restaurant which was lovely - food and service excellent. We walked to town in the morning for a brief shopping experience before heading to the airport - hotel very good at checking us out promptly and keeping hold of our luggage whilst we shopped. Great location, friendly staff would use again.
We booked to stay here for 1 night on the way through St Thomas to the bvi. We arrived about 9pm at night very tired from a long journey and the lovely warm welcome from Reception was greatly appreciated. We ate straight away in the bar over looking the harbour - again the staff couldn't be friendlier and the food great - room was excellent - very spacious and clean. Joe the taxi driver took us to the fast Road Town Ferry in the morning and he was lovely too. Great location for getting the fast ferry over to bvi only about 5 minutes taxi drive away from the port and also close enough to the airport to only take about 10 / 15 minutes to get to after arrival. Would use again.
