Unit needs upgrade in kitchen and bathroom. Adequate condo but doesn't match sensational view.
View, location, proximity to beach and Marina, close to good restaurants.
The office worker was not courteous room was expensive overrated. No remote for cable box which hardly had channels. Bathroom was small, hidden taxes that were not explained $300 was just way to much .
The view and location
Taxi access was poor
There's no carpet! The bedding is horrible. Needs more pillows and comfortable bedding.
The room smeled with a humidity odor.
We liked the location and the beach.
we checked in on a Sunday evening and felt very unwelcome the attendant that check to stay in what is unfriendly and unhelpful get it gave us a bad impression. The room was seedy and run down an unacceptable. We will never come back to this Resort it was completely unsatisfactory. We checked out Monday morning and the check out woman was very friendly.
close to ferry.
We booked two rooms for two nights. I thought the total price was $840. Booking.com was very misleading in that it stated the price shown is the total price due to the property; when, in fact, it was 27.5% more in taxes & fees. One of the rooms was filthy, disgusting, broken a/c, mold growing on the doors, and I saw small roach-like bugs crawling on the bathroom counter (over my toothbrush) when I got up to use the bathroom during the night. There was something strange going on at the hotel--lots of whispering among employees about shutting down. We cancelled the second night and asked for a refund on the disgusting room where we stayed. The pool was full of sand and the original reception area and some of the facilities were closed down. Definitely not what we bargained for and way too much money especially given Booking.com's misleading print. Would use either Booking.com or Sapphire Beach again.
