We arrived late and had a friendly reception, which was welcome after a long day of traveling.. Perfect for overnight stay!!!

very clean, friendly, close to everything. The staff was very helpful.

We liked the location and the views of Charlotte Amalie where the cruise ships were docked. We also enjoyed watching the sea planes land and take off in the harbor. Sunset Gardens is easy to get in and out of and has ample parking on site. Deb was very accomodating.

The only complaint I would have is that the water pressure in the shower was very low. With that said, I would stay there again.

Not much....

Pictures on web site were nothing like actual room. Limited ac, limited amenities. Will never stay there again. No ice available for beverages and location was undesirable.

The view was lovely.

The sofa was old and dirty. The water pressure in the shower was non existing.

Debbie was fabulous and the view was breathtaking.

its a little hike downtown if you don't have a car, but the walking was good and healthy...

This place was great for $99. My balcony faced the bay so we had a great view.

My understanding of St. Thomas in general was lacking to know what area we should've tried to book a hotel in to be close to the ocean, tourist areas, etc... However, Deb was phenominal and went beyond expectations to meet every one of our requests! She was super friendly and informative and really helped us with an education of the island. She is truly an asset to this facility and I hope they grasp what they have in her!

Location was tricky for us.

I had a great view from my room, the city lights at night were just beautiful. The owner was very friendly and helpful with great recommendations of where to go (and not go) and what to see. After a long day it was nice to see the sunset of the Caribbean while relaxing by the pool. I liked that it was close to the city but far enough out of the way as to not be constantly bombarded with loads of tourists. A peaceful location

They did not have a lot of commodities on hand but many local businesses where near by where you could get just about anything you need.

You cannot find a friendlier property manager. I stayed with my daughter here during spring break; we loved it. It was unbelievably quiet and relaxing.

Rigtig dårlig morgenmad. Synes ikke det kan kaldes morgenmad. Varm vand, varm mælk og tørt brød og en slags smøreost som pålæg. Anden dag var der ikke mere juice kl. 9:15, det starter kl. 9

La ubicacion en la montanha con vista a la bahia es su principal atractivo.

Al ser un guest house por supuesto no tiene las facilidades de un hotel. Pero si, volveria a quedarme en el.

No cleaning service bugged me the entire time. It was not too far from where I really wanted to be in St. Thomas. I was not charged for any thing after leaving. It had lots of plugs for devices if needed. There was a couch out side the room and it had a plug there. I could sit, see the scenery, get out the stuffy room and charge my phone. They also had free wifi.

It had a pool but it was never clean, so I could not swim in the pool my whole four night stay. No cleaning service bugged me the entire time. It still had used soap from the last occupents showing they did not clean the place very well before giving it to me. There was very noisey neighbors that lived below the hotel, one day there I stayed in to sleep and it was not possible due to that. The iron in the room did not work. One of the lamps did not have a cover. No way near a store.

Tiene una vista espectacular del Puerto de Charlotte Amalie y es un hotel perfecto para quedarse antes de partir, pues está relativamente cerca del aeropuerto. Es un hotel sencillo, pero su precio es módico y tiene lo necesario para pasar bien la noche.

Tiene horas muy definidas de oficina y luego los administradores desaparecen. Para mí que era una mujer sola viajando lo sentí inseguro, pues queda abosulutamente sólo después de las 6 P.M., aún cuando dicen que hay cámaras de seguridad. No tiene restaurant, ni hay un lugar cerca para comer. No me había percatado de eso y pasé con un té la noche.

Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang, schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen. Um St.Thomas kennenzulernen für 2-´3 Tage paßt das Preis-Leistungsverhätniss. Auto ist empfehlendswert. Ausreichendes kontinentales Frühstück.

Ausstattung ist abgewohnt.

I loved the full kitchen, and small patio. I loved that this place was small- and perfect for a quick trip.

Proximity to airport and ferry to Tortola

Looked like it was built 80 years ago - rooms were shabby-looking and there was no hot water at all at either the bathroom or kitchen sink.

Clean, basic, inexpensive room; comfortable bed; nice view from balcony.

High on hillside; no sidewalk, so uncomfortable/scary walk to restaurant due to traffic; cab fare to airport.

Pool with BBQ for your use. Kitchen in studio. People very friendly and helpful. Near to airport.

Fair distance to shopping and restaurants.

Me resultaron muy comodas y reconfortantes las suites,por la amplitud,y desde ya las vistas panoramicas bellisimas de la bahia de St. thomas.

En general me parecio algo dejado en el mantenimiento,creo que se deben realizar algunas reparaciones por ejemplo en los patios o en las inmediaciones,y no se realizan.
