The air condition in one of the room was broken, not able to fix, they changed to bigger room and compensate by a free massage. Take quick action. The kid swimming proof has the roof.

The drinking and dinning price in resort is too expensive. One of the room was not clean properly.

Hotel was clean and nice. The location was good, it wasn´t far away from the centre. Just 10min walk. Breakfast were delicous.

The beach is very nice

the soft mattress we were not shown around upon arrival--> weren't familiar with the amenities internet was slow at desktop pc a bit off the main area. a shuttle service would be helpful

Great pool and general facilities, very clean and well-maintained. Garden and lighting very beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything is much more expensive at Allezboo compared to every other place in Mui Ne including other luxury resorts, this put us off buying drinks/food and spa services. We used the spa once for a hot stone massage which was by far more expensive than anywhere else and was mediocre compared to other spas along the strip.

Very pleased that the hotel is located on the sea front. Liked the look of the hotel and infrastructure. Very cozy. Rooms had very spacious and comfortable.

Overall a nice resort.

Big pool, but shallow end was too deep for small children. Decent buffet breakfast, selection of pastries and breads were poor. The resort has lots of stairs, even to get to breakfast buffet. The room we reserved was on the 2nd floor, which is actually the 3rd floor, too many stairs and no elevators, they did let us upgrade to a room on the first floor. I would rate the beach as poor, long walk to the water and large rocks in the ocean. When got to the hotel they told there would be extra charge for the children for breakfast buffet, this was not on Booking.com website.

Great hotel with a very nice swimming pool looking out over the sea, and a beautiful garden. The room was spacious, very clean with sea view. Staff is friendly and helpul. We liked the buffet breakfast, good choice of food. As we live in Vietnam, we appreciate the silence and the atmosphere of this hotel, sometimes it can be very noisy but not here, we slept very well.

The hotel is located at the entrance to Mui Ne, you have to walk more than 10 mn to reach out the good restaurants and the shops. The price of the beverages in the fridge is way too expensive.

The recreation areas were closed and dark before 10pm. We have to go out in town to find something to do.

Very good hotel, location is exellent. Breakfast is rather riche, good choice of meals, room is rather big and large, the area of hotel is very very beautiful, everything is green and clean.

The area near pool was not clean. Reception give us a wrong catagory of room (we need king size bed, but we got 2 separate beds, it was not comfortable for us to moove in 2 days.

This is a great hotel with a swimming pool that looks out over the sea. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are a good sized ,spotless and the gardens full of greenery. Breakfasts are tasty and varied though don't expect British bacon and sausages! Whilst the location is towards one end of the strip there are plenty of good restaurants and plenty of shopping opportunities. Taxis continuously cruise up and down and are cheap. If you decide to go into Phan Thiet use the local bus, very cheap and an experience in itself.

The one significant negative is the price of food and drink, we only bought drinks during the Lunchtime Happy Hour but even then the prices did not compare to restaurants on the strip. Food quality is good though. There is no gym which came as something of a surprise as the website spoke about Fitness but I guess referred to the sand Volleyball court.

я бы сказала, обычная четверка. все соответствует звездности, в том числе и внутренние цены:) ресторан и лаундри дорогие очень. спа тоже дорогой, но постоянно действуют скидки 40-50%. при такой скидке ценник становится конкурентно способным:) заказала по такой скидке программу со скрабированием, обертыванием грязью и часовым массажем, обошлось 750р. правда программу перепутали и вместо грязи намазали меня "злаками". как оказалось это разведенный пакетик то ли кукурузной каши быстрого приготовления, то ли кекса, в общем весело))) территория отеля красивая,ухоженная, слева от входа есть двух этажный домик, где живут три хозяйских мопса. рядом с отелем два ресторана. один "мадам чи", держит семья вьетнамцев. там еда интересная, чисто местная. и ресторан напротив, держит фарюзе, очень гостеприимная хозяйка и просто хороший человек. у нее можно заказать барбекю из местной живности или, если надоест экзотика, настоящие манты или борщ. все очень вкусно! и доступно по цене!

при расчете попытались прибавить к счету еще 3% комиссию за банковский перевод. но после моего объяснения, что это условие должно было быть указано на букинге, вопрос отпал и после быстрого звонка счет переделали.

с большим вкусом оформленная территория. прекрасный бассейн. завтраки не очень разнообразные, но достаточно вкусные. бесплатный бильярд, работающий круглосуточно. чистота на территории, в корпусах и в номерах.

очень неудачно расставлены шезлонги и тенты на пляже - далеко от воды, приблизительно 100 метров. бестолково расставлена мебель в номерах, нет кресел и журнальных столиков. в номере премиум делюкс один стул на двоих - негде сесть, и одна прикроватная тумбочка. негативное впечатление произвела русскоязычный менеджер наталья. неприветлива с гостями. пыталась заселить в номер классом ниже забронированного, а в тот номер, который мы забронировали, перевести нас за дополнительную плату. на завтрак ни разу не было морепродуктов или рыбных блюд. запредельно завышенные цены в ресторане. очень высокие цены в спа. для четырехзвездного отеля слишком маленькая территория. нет никаких развлечений по вечерам.

в номерах есть все, но все старое, номера темные, ломалось то одно то другое, отключают часто свет - ужасно шудит генератор - ночью в половине номеров спать невозможно, сабачий загон - лай, ужасная музыка - закольцовано 5 песен - подмосковные вечера и пугачева - если готовы слушать по 10 раз в день - велкам. спа дорого и оставляет желать лучшего, зонтики ламаются, лежаков в тени не хватает, контингетн странный - не сказать ничего. для себя считаею размещение там ошибкой.

Beach pool villa. Очень понравилось. Находится в самом начале муйне, что скорее плюс. На такси в любой конец - 5 минут. 50тыщ деньгов

сам отель неплохой с ухоженной территорией, номера большие и в хорошем состоянии

расположение в самом начале туристической зоны и вечером можно прогуливаться только в одну сторону. вечером в муй не скучновато, только гулять по одной улице и сидеть в кафешках, мы взяли мотобайк и более- менее было приемлемо. природа не впечатлила, хотя пляж хороший. море с волнами (постоянно) и дует сильный ветер, поэтому поплавать в спокойном море не получится. про номер: жили на первом этаже и в номере было все время темно.

性价比很高，酒店的管理和服务都很到位，非常喜欢它家那一顶顶嫩黄色的打伞，颜色搭配的好漂亮，早餐很丰富- ，非常满意。

注明要双床房，结果还是给了大床房，不过阳台可以看见大海也就弥补小小遗憾了。
