Score from 27 reviews Very good
The cruise was lovely, the Junk was lovely & clean & the staff very helpful. Our room was clean but small for 2 adults & a 9yr old. The food was lovely.
The bed was like sleeping on a plank of wood & you had to be at breakfast by 730am or they came knocking on your door to get you.
The boat was small, and not the most up to date. But everything was clean, neat, worked, staff were helpful, trips were awesome, small boat meant only 14 guests so talked to everyone. Had lots of fun
The Cruise was absolutely breath taking, you haven't been to Vietnam until you have been to Halong Bay,the food on board was first class (all meals), the staff very friendly and the tour guide Tom very knowledgable. You have to DO IT!!!
The three days and two nights was the best value for money because the second day was spent cruising around and spending time in out of the way places around the bay
very good service
Good value for money! Comfortable return trip to Ha Long Bay and an insightful tour guide included. Seamless transition from the boat to and from the port and islands. Good itinerary and food included.
Room had an unpleasant smell for the trip. Bus running a little late for pickup from Hotel in Hanoi
Very helpful, efficient staff. Interesting itinerary. Transport to and from hotel in Hanoi. Expert, friendly tour guide.
Good food and friendly staff. Loved the scenery, especially on the second day. Were lucky that on the second day we had the tour boat for ourselves...
The kayaks on the second day could have been in a better condition.
The food on the boat is good and they did a good job accommodating me as a vegetarian.
At 200USD per night, it wasn't the greatest value. We did 3 days and found the extra day did not make a difference at all. Additionally, it was cold and heating in your room is only turned on after dinner time, which at 200 a night is not acceptable to us. Overall it was good, but the price is steep for what you get.
Clean, excellent location. Cruise is amazing because the place is breathtaking!
Staff did not really consider what people wanted, price were a rip off considering Vietnamese prices. Everything organised in a way to make you spend more money. If you want to go to HaLong Bay and have time, please do it by yourself - do not trust these 1-2 nights arranged by organisations, simply waste of money.
The tour agency is fabulous. My friend could not make the tour due to a delayed flight and they did an amazing job adjusting our booking and discounting a day tour for her. Mr Hong No.1 (barman) & 2 were awesome
Halong Bay was the most stunning place I have ever seen in my life.
The caves were boring - the cruise was slightly missold as it was supposed to be two days and one night but we were on the boat for less than 24 hours in total.
Excellent staff and meals were fine. The activities were very good.
