Staff were helpful - they helped us call a spa/massage place and gave us directions; they also helped us call a taxi to the airport.

Our room had no windows!

Brand new rooms. Super comfortable & extremely clean. Pay the extra from a basic and you will have a giant window. Excellent restaurant directly opposite & great area to explore.

Very little English spoken but still extremely friendly.

This hotel was very cheap. Room was large (we got one with a window) and clean. The power went out a few times but came back on fairly quickly. It was quiet at night.

The location is a bit further away from the river, which comes alive at night with people and restaurants. There is no breakfast available and not much around the hotel. We opted to stay on the river when we returned to Da Nang for our flight. Also it was very difficult to communicate with the staff (they were friendly though). We asked them to organise our bus to Hoi An and they gave us two options - public and we would get picked up by motorbike or private and the bus would pick us up. We opted for the latter as our travel insurance didn't include cover for motorbikes but when we checked out they said motorbikes would be coming to get us. We ended up having to pay for a taxi.

Good clean and adequate hotel room. Decent value.

The hotel is similar to average mid-range hotels all across Viet Nam. Nonetheless, for $25 the medium size room and $35 the large one, they are a good bargain. It is located close to several restaurants and cafes, although don't expect too much of Da Nang as it is at early stages of tourism development, and the city is still 99% vietnamese style. After 5 years living in the region, I think that Da Nang is the unexploited pearl of Viet Nam, particularly its amazing 30 km of white sand beach. This is truly one of the most amazing beaches I have seen in South East Asia. Don't miss the Temple Beach Club, previously known as Ocean's Club. New management is making it a hot spot in Da Nang's beach, and the only PADI diving operator in the area.

As a suggestion, I would include free bottles of water in the $25 room (like in all hotels in Asia).

This hotel is of a good standard. It does all the basics right. Friendly and helpful staff and a clean comfortable room.

Unfortunately for this hotel, there is not alot to do in Da Nang and at the moment is really just a stop over for Hoi An or Visa versa.

Mitarbeiter im Hotel sehr freundlich. Wir konnten unser Zimmer bereits morgens beziehen (super, da wir mit dem Nachtzug anreisten). Zimmer sehr sauber, sogar nach westlchem Standard. Die Hälfte der Zimmer (4 insgesamt in jedem Stockwerk) sind ohne Fenster, da das Hotel in eine Häuserzeile eingebaut ist und nur vorne und hinten Fenster hat. Wir hatten Zimmer ohne Fenster, diese waren sehr groß mit einer hohen Deckenhöhe. Da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, störte uns das nichr. Das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück an. Direkt rechts neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein hervorragendes Cafe, das europäischem Standard (auch bezüglich der Toiletten) entspricht und hervorragende Ware zu einem günstigen Preis anbietet.

Freundlicheres Personal als im 5 Sterne Hotel.

Panorama Fensterscheibe schmutzig und schmierig. Zimmertüre kratzte ohrenbetäubend beim Öffnen an einer Stelle am Boden. Für eine Übernachtung zwischendurch ist dieses Bed & (ohne Breakfast) absolut in Ordnung. Frühstücken kann man auch gleich neben an in einem kleinem netten Cafe mit vietnamesischer Mentalität.

Some English tv channels including movie channels

The room was smelly (musty) with no windows. The toilet roll was half empty and damp. The shower had hardly any water pressure when you wanted hot water. The bellboy tried to scam me over the price of a taxi.

Deluxe room at 7th floor has a nice view and very large window, good bed, nice staff, great location for central Da Nang, ok room design, good value for money

Hotel staff was not very good at English, did not understand us. Very very noisy elevator. No kettle in the room.

Wifi werkt niet goed. (Geen contact internet). Ontbijt in hotel zou prettig zijn. Personeel is aardig, maar niet efficient
