Wasn't happy with the hotel-lift not working, hole in the bathtub,noisy airconditioner, breakfast not great. When I told them I wanted to check out they tried to force us to stay. Kept changing their story about the manager saying different things. Not really the place you want to stay if the staff try and force you to stay. Not recommended at all!

staff was friendly. l requested to pay vn currency when l checked in. the staff told me the rate. but the rate rose up too much when l checked out.

It is possible to go sightseeing on foot. The kind of the breakfast is abundant. The car of the garbage collection passes the hotel front at 6 AM. The sound is very large. I was requesting sending off to the airport beforehand.I was confirming it the day before of the checkout. However, I was made to wait because other employees had not known my reservation. Price of sending off to the airport was called 15 dollars first. However, it was said 20 dollars next. It made it to 15 dollars after I complaining.

The location was excellent, very convenient and close walking distance to everything within the main city of Hoi An - this is why we chose it. I think the hotel was more a two star than three. The mattress and Pillows were made out of foam and were very very uncomfortable. The buffet breakfast in comparison to other 3 star hotels was below standard hence we believe it is a star over rated. The staff were friendly however.

free internet they wanted to sell the taxi to Danang Airport for 300.000, common is 200.000, we missed butter and cheese at the breakfast buffett, which is big, but not so nice in detail, we witnessed another guest complaining about their exchange rate and, in fact, they wanted to charge us to much too.

Det var en af de billigere hoteller, men I forholdt til standarden I Vietnam. Saa var det ret ringe... Vaerelserne var ikke rene... Vores lugtede at tigerbalsam under hele opholdet. Hotelpersonalet holdte aldrig deres ord, og I enkelte tilfaelde, loeg de direkte... Jeg vil betemt ikke afbefale dette hotel.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis fuer kurze Aufenthalte.Hotel ist sehr laut! Sehr laut. Viele Backpackers. Zimmer teilweise an der Hauptstrasse!

Het onbijtbuffet is verzorgd De kamer, en vooral de badkamer, is zeer verouderd en kunnen een stevige opknapbeurt gebruiken. Om die reden is de prijs-kwalititeitverhouding niet in evenwicht.

Das Restaurant ist im obersten Stockwerk mit schönem Blick über den Fluß. Gutes Frühstück. Schimmel an einigen Wänden, Das Hotel ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig!!

“Very hospitable place - we stayed a week. Really liked the size of the place and the location overlooking the river plus close to local homes with views over coconut and banana palms. The rooms and hotel in general was spotless and the beds really comfortable. It was also affordable for a family of four. We changed from a family room to two rooms across the hall from each other which was perfect. Staff were friendly and it was good being able to get bikes for $1 a day for biking to the beach and motorbikes as well were reasonably priced. Breakfast was lovely each day overlooking the river and for Christmas we were given a cake! A memorable and enjoyable stay. Diana, James, Jemma and Jack Lyttelton New Zealand” Diana, Lyttelton |
