herrlich ruhige Lage in einem Park. Alte restaurierte Villen. Küchenniveau. Pool. Mitarbeiterengagemant und -freundlichkeit ganz vorn. Wohlfühlhotel, wenn man mit dem Stil dieser alten restaurierten Villen klar kommt. Gutes Ausflugsangebot, schönes SPA:

U.U. weitere Fusswege, dafür aber Ruhe und Natur. Die Schallisolation ist bauartbedingt schlecht (Villa 16, einfaches Zimmer).

Es ist sicherlich Geschmackssache aber uns haben die alten Villen im Kolonialstil gefallen. Man muss aber wissen auf was man sich einlässt! In unserem Fall waren es 3 Zimmer in einer Villa mit einem gemeinsamen großen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kamin. Das ganze liegt leicht ausserhalb der Stadt, was aber dank günstigen Taxis bzw. gemietetem Roller kein Problem darstellt. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir durften sogar schon morgens um 8:30 in unser Zimmer einchecken, da wir mit einem Nachtbus aus Ho Chi Minh City angereist waren. Das Frühstück war sensationell und auf jeden Fall das Beste auf unserer gesamten Reise!

Wir hatten Schimmel im Bad. Soetwas hätten wir in keinem anderen Hotel auf unserer ganzen Reise geduldet, doch hier, in den original französischen Kolonialvillen konnten wir es verschmerzen. Möglicherweise hätten wir durch eine Reklamation auch ein anderes Zimmer bekommen doch war uns das in eben diesen alten Bauten nicht so ein wichtiger Punkt.

The French-style villas are fabulous!!! Me and my friend were both amazed by the old-fashioned deco and furnitures. Breakfast was also good, esp. The house-made goat cheese. We should have stayed longer!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful France villa.The place is a little bit out of the city but that was not a problem because they have a shutle bus.The staff very friendly.It was so nice and peaceful that we decided to book another night.The food in the restaurant was also great no need to go out to look for cheaper food.And the breakfast was great europeen style,big choise!

There was nothing to complain about!

Its absolutely the best hotel in my trip to Vietnam. The traditional French style villa in pure nature views. It's the most beautiful place in Da Lat. Staffs are very friendly especially Lynn. We will come back sometime for such a perfect vacation paradise

It is very relax and enjoyable having breakfast in the terrace of the restaurant. The colonial staff villa is very classy.

The seating area of our villa room is separate from the bedroom in two levels which make it very inconvenient.

The staff were incredibly helpful and their English was surprisingly strong. The food in the restaurant was not cheep but very good, and breakfast was excellent.

Da Lat makes for a cool break from the heat of southern Vietnam, but there is not a great deal to do, particularly with small children

Excellent Staff. Beautiful and charming country side rooms. We had a small problem with the door and the staff took a great care of us and accommodated us very quickly in another room, when they saw it was going to take a while to fix the problem. We had a very pleasant stay. Whenever I'm back in Vietnam, ill be definitely stay there. Best small town in Vietnam. Delicious and great selection for food for breakfast.

The Sap is very nice, well decorated and comfortable, but for the price I was expecting better results. Food massage and pedicure wasn't that good. Even though, the staff was excellent!

The hotel located on the mountain of Dalat, away from the downtown.But very peaceful and nature arround.We very enjoyed the swimming pool in the garden.Nice view and unforgetable time we 've been there...

It was difficult to get the way to the viewsighing.But hotel can give a good price if u need a car rent.

The hotel staffs is the best.They all are friendly and help every customers a lot and everything.

Restaurant (the food was delicious!!!! And vegetarian friendly!); swimming pool; amenities (steam room, sauna; billiard table); staff (extremely helpful, always going above and beyond! Very helpful in booking tours); breakfast (delicious options, truly top notch); bed (comfortable and soft- which is rare in Vietnam).

There was no where to pack one's clothing in the room; only a little boudoir to hang some items.Also, in an attempt to maintain the integrity of the room and villas, management appears to have overlooked the giant stairs on the walls inside the room as well as in the hall ways, and sound proofing is a major issue. My husband and I could hear every single noise by the other GUESTSin and out of there rooms, it was ridiculous. It this place is going to call it self a five star resort, they have some much needed work to do...

Very nice villa that I have to say. The room is still follow the old french style, wah...just want to say AMAZING.we love it,we would like the stay there longger if we go back to Viernam employee are very frendly and thoughtfull.

we didn't like Dalat that much but this hotel made our stay there really good. the place is amazing, the rooms are clean and cozy the bed is extremely comfortable. we really enjoyed the pool, the crazy golf course and the yoga lesson

the staff are trying to hard to sell the hotel tours which are very expensive

The welcome cookies, chocolates, sweets are really cute. The staffs are nice. The room is in the traditional European style.
