Asean Halong Hotel    

The location was good and the cost was reasonable value for money

This hotel did not live up to the standards of all of the other hotels that we have stayed in during our Vietnam holiday. The reception could not be contacted on their email address, the TV did not work, the bathroom had a leak, the room light stayed on all night and the room carpets were old. Not worth the money.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Services of the hotel are very good. Security box in the room available. Confortable bed. Quite room. Short walk from the city center and the harbour for halong bay tours.

The fridge does not work if the room key is not inserted in the room key pocket.

We had a family room for 4 people. The room had a fantastic view of Halong Bay and was very clean. They supplied a fruit basket to welcome us. Staff were very helpful.

The beds were very hard to say the least. Breakfast was very basic and so was the pool with only 2 chairs available.

The room was comfortable.

The staff did not speak English nor French so it was hard to communicate. There was no massage facility as advertised, no changing area for the pool as you had to walk through the restaurant it was hard to get out of it without making a mess. There was a rat going around the restaurant but noone understood what I was talking about. The location looks a bit shabby but is ok if you have travelled a lot.

1.前台服务缺少会中文的，沟通起来比较困难。非常希望语言不通时能提供相应的服务。 2.酒店推荐的游船服务感觉不太靠谱。

Hôtel dépassé, hall luxueux mais chambres désuètes. Le pire restaurant au Vietnam, à éviter. Personnel peu compétant. Vraiment aller ailleurs, rapport qualité prix pas intéressant.

De kamers waren ruim en netjes. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Ongezellig en onpersoonlijk verblijf. De stagiaire achter de balie sprak nauwelijks Engels. In het hele hotel wordt onderhoud verricht. De sauna, massage e.d. Waren gesloten (hoe lang al?). Er waren twee ligstoelen bij het zwembad terwijl er 100 kamers zijn!

L'Hôtel était occupé quasi exclusivement par des groupes de touristes, le petit déjeuner ne fût donc pas très calme et convivial

Hôtel très vieux malgrès sa soi-disant rénovation en 2010, très sombre, pas beaucoup de lumière. Piscine très petite par rapport aux photos, les chambres sentent le renfermé, les couloirs aussi et ne sont pas climatisés. Le repas servi au restaurant est médiocre, le buffet du petit déjeuner est toujours le même, les fruits ne sont pas frais. La salle de sport non climatisée, ni éclairée, ne contient que 4 machines les unes plus vieilles que les autres. Le jaccusi et le sauna ne fonctionnent pas et la deuxième salle de restauration n'est jamais ouverte. Certains membres du personnel ne sont pas honnêtes : un coup de fil de 9 minutes en destination de Hanoi au Vietnam, coute 18 dollars si vous appelez depuis l'accueil de l'hôtel et ils vous font payer des verres que les enfants auraient soi disant cassés dans votre chambre le jour de votre arrivée ou que les clients précédents auraient volés. Mais tout est vieux, qui voudrait voler quelque chose ? Surtout fans ce pays ou tout est basé sur l'arnaque, l'escroquerie tel l'image de cet hôtel qui est tout le contraire de ce que vous voyez sur le site booking.com

Alles super. toller Service! Tolle Lage, das Zentrum und der Markt sind gut zu erreichen. Wir haben den Bootsausflug in die Halong Bucht zu günstigem Preis und gutem Boot im Hotel gebucht. Ein tolles Erlebnis! Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfreich bei der Weiterreise und bei Auskünften.

Colazione continentale molto scarsa. Rapporto qualità prezzo non conveniente. Laundry carissima.

Large room, nice breakfast. Decent views over halong bay.

Hotel virtually empty, a little dated. Small, old televisions in rooms. Spa, sauna area out of order for 6 months. Expensive for what we received.

Nice hotel for a short stay.

The swimmingpool was not available because they had put chemicals in to clean It ( the water was toxicly green looking)
