Location to west lake was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast room has lovely views over west lake. Rooms at the front are noisy so ask for a room at the back.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, large & light, basic room. Breakfast included in room rate - nice restaurant with view on top floor

Good breakfast. Good atmosphere and feel about the place.Real heavy dark wooden furniture. I enjoyed a comfortable stay. Not flash but basic and adequate. It is not something I actively dislike because I knew that the hotel was not going to be central but it is useful to know that the 31 bus which stops only a few metres away, in front of the hotel will take you into the heart of the city and you can get off wherever it suits,
